Seth took my call and set up the appointment next day. Seth and Chris came to my home, did a diagnostic and identified the problem quickly. They gave me a quote and explained everything in detail. Amber followed up with an email about the paperwork and scheduling the repairs next day. Bryce and Chris showed up and repaired the issue.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and responded quickly, as well as answering all my questions. They fixed the problem with no issues. I appreciate their hard work and thank all of them for time and business!

One of the best AC companies in Texas great they have very good customer service the lady Amber helped me a lot looking for the best deal to replace my Ac. The technician Bryce was excellent he was able to find the problem with my AC immediately

When it comes to Texas summers, AC is high on the list especially when you don’t have it.
We have used Crump AC before as they were straight up with no runaround.
They aren’t out to gouge or pad a job for profit. Greg, Seth, and Amber are all top-notch and communicate with each other so no ball is dropped.
We are sticklers for a value for service and honesty and this company totally cuts the mustard when it comes to that!
We would highly recommend Crump AC.

My home warranty company used them to fix our condenser. These guys are on time and have great customer service. We were disappointed when our home referred us to someone else when we had another issue. That visit fixed nothing and we called Crump in desperation for advice. They came out the next day and fixed the issue. Great company.

A few year's ago had 3 companies come and evaluate a leaking air handler with expensive recommendations, Crump A/C tech (Gregg) came - solved the issue (Engineering and Colin sense) in less than 15' for a reasonable fee. We have never let anyone else do work on our a/c since. Always on time (they have a great app allowing to see progress of technician to your house) always think of customers best interest.
This is a a family run local company who are marvelous. Do not hesitate trustworthy and honest

This is my second time using Crump A/C and Heating for an emergency related problem. After realizing (at 2:00 AM this morning) that my a/c unit wasn't cooling my house, I called Crump A/C and Heating first thing this morning. Amber called me back promptly and scheduled Bryce to conduct a service visit this afternoon. What a blessing... Bryce did his diagnostic procedures and determined the problem. He got me back to the cooling state. YAY!!! Bryce is the best. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my unit. Bryce is... Very professional. Very engaging. We always receive wonderful service! Bryce came in, asked about what issue we were having. Was very friendly and helpful!! He took care of the issue quickly and made sure to explain what he did. So much good stuff with this company! I was lucky and was assigned Crump AC as the contractor for my Home Warranty of America’s claim and was so thankful that happened! Not only have they gone above and beyond to help me get a new unit but after delay and delay with the warranty company, they kept working with me to help speed up the process as much as possible! They installed a 5 ton and 3 ton in my house. They did and great job at the best price. They used Train 16 ser types. On time and fast work. All done with in a day. Seth took his time and several phone calls to answer the many questions I had. There are all family and are trust worthy. Thanks Seth and Greg!

I had Crump A/C out about 3 months ago to look at my downstairs unit which wasn't cooling. Their technician Greg came out and advised that my unit was over amping and the fan wasn't working. He explained that he could try replacing the fan for $450 but couldn't guarantee that would fix the problem. His recommendation was to replace the condenser and he left a quote for $3,400 - $3,600 depending on the SEER. As my unit was less than 8 years old I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I called a contractor friend who sent his A/C guy. He advised that all I had was a bad capacitor and

I contracted them through HWA they came out multiple times costs not covered by HWA. Of course the problem was never fixed. This drug out for months. I called someone else and the problem was spotted immediately after looking at the outside unit. Fixed. Crump AC agreed to comp a small portion of the cost after we spent over 1000.00 with them and issues not fixed. Of course the check never came in the mail. Be careful with this company and get a second opinion with another company. They will not stand behind their work. Beware! I'm contacting the BBB next step.

After trying several other AC companies recommended by friends to get someone out I gave up and went to Yelp. Found Crump and placed call. Not only did they answer the phone, they had a service tech out within 2 hours! 1 hour later I am back up ! These people are very professional, intelligent and support the working family! Our house and yard were flooded due to the Brazos River incident, so I called to get a quote from Crump to check out our 2 units. The young lady on the phone was very polite and patient. I ended up choosing them for 2 reasons: The positive reviews on yelp and b/c their rate was much lower than the top company listed on here. I'm very glad I did b/c now I have 3 reasons to brag on Crump...Greg, the tech. He came on time and brought with him a warm smile and very friendly disposition. He could have easily said we needed a new unit b/c it was shutting off and on when we tried running it, but

Unbelievable service. My downstairs unit wasn't working so I had another company (Air Team) come out on a Thursday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem that I needed a new blower and the coils replaced. The blower would be $650 and the coils $1975. This on top of the $80 service charge. I then called Crump for a second opinion at about 4:45. They had someone out that evening to check the unit. They confirmed the blower needed to be replaced but that it was too early to tell about the coils until they fixed the blower. They came the next day, replaced the blower, confirmed there was no major

Last year I had Crump come out to quote a new HVAC System after being told by another company that I needed it replaced. Crump inspected it and told me they would not take my money needlessly - that I only needed to top-off my refrigerant. They did that and a year later it's still working. i called them out again to inspect it and it's still fine. Both times they were on-time, courteous, respectful and informative. The neighbors I referred were equally pleased. Class act!
