This program consists of 1 interior treatment and 3 exterior treatments. Knowing and having to help a landlord with his pest control After he Repeatedly had Good Riddance do their job I Know they do NOT do their jobs right! You are Lucky if they even set traps for rodents, but they will Never empty Any traps! Their policy is Not to spray for bugs unless Absolutely nessesary even after being Told to spray! They only do the Bare Minimum if that! Horrible company Period! I can't stress enough how Pathetic their work is.

I paid for a 3 application maintenance agreement for bees around my house. After 2 applications, I was working in my garden and was attacked by a ground hive and stung multiple times. They told me it was a new hive and I had to pay for them to get rid of nest. why did I bother getting a maintenance agreement when it didn't work and we were still getting bees around the house.

Yellowjackets took over a Birdhouse in our backyard. I was very tempted to treat them myself, but I was afraid of getting stung because I get a bad reaction. I was quoted $155.+tax which I thought was a lot, but what are you going to do? I can honestly say it was money well spent. I could never have done what the technician did. He sprayed and dusted the nest. He removed the birdhouse. He treated the tree that the birdhouse was on and removed all traces of the nest. He then took the birdhouse apart and cleaned it up and offered to return it. We didn't want it because it was in rough shape. Good

If I could give zero stars I would. Have a bedbug problem caused by previous tenants. This company came out three separate times and the bedbugs are still prevalent. They keep blaming us for not preparing correctly which we did. We bagged all our clothes and vacuum constantly to no avail. I suggest picking a better more reputable company other than this sham. They probably spray something other than poison to ATTRACT insects so they can get more money from victims. It's that or they truly have no idea what they are doing.

Good Riddance was recommended to me by a friend. On 6-19-17 Good Riddance came to my home to exterminate bed bugs I did everything I was supposed to prior to them coming out. A technician named Corey came out and spent 2 hrs exterminating. He was to come back 3 weeks later on 7-10-17. But on 7-4-17 I saw a few bed bugs alive on the couch, the next day I called and Cory came out. I watched him with a flash light and he aasurred me they were gone. On Friday 7-8-17 I woke up and had 6 bed bug bites from my bed which was treated and when I took the mattress casing off there were live bed bugs crawling

Terrible service Elaine was the first woman we spoke she was an expert in bed bugs that she spent a week in Florida studying specifically bed bugs she informed to us to move our new furniture in so they could treat it all the complaints on here were correct we also followed instructions to the t now we have bed bugs all over our new furniture called all day today shocking no call back I wish these calls were recorded Elaine also in formed us it was a female owned and operated company and Cindy may come out Saturday well a man named Corey did so again read other reviews we had the exact problems
