Relatively small bugs about 3/16-inch long 1/8-inch wide, broadly oval, flat, brown to reddish-brown. a tell tale sign of bed bug activity would be "blood spots". Q: I think I have bed bugs! What should I do? First, make sure by using our insect identification page. If you still think you have bed bugs, do not throw out your bed. Not only could this spread the infestation, but your new bed be re-infested. Also, if you switch beds (another room, etc.) after sleeping in a bed bug infested bed, you may bring the bed bugs to the new bed.

This family oriented company excels at professional, timely service. I was nannying for a family who had bees in their home, and their young son was allergic. From the time I placed the call, I had an appointment scheduled and was seen within the hour. They've been very helpful in trying to get rid of the mice in my attic. It's been successful so far but after the second round I'm waiting to see if they are gone for good. Other than that, the exterminator who came both times was knowledgeable and very nice. He pretty much kept me informed of everything that was happening and told me what to expect and how long to wait till/if I needed to call again. So far, very pleased.

After trying on our own to eliminate an issue with yellow jackets under our patio to no resolution, we contacted this company. Within twenty minutes our technician, Kevin, arrived and applied a first application. He was prompt, curious and after putting himself in harms way resolved the problem. We have not seen any return of the yellow jackets. We would recommend this company.

This company saved the day! One day my mother heard buzzing in the ceiling of her living room. She thought that she needed to take care of this problem soon, then all of a sudden bees started to filter into the house!!! She had no idea where they were coming from but I called Certified Pest Solutions and they came the same day! Luckily an employee was relatively close and responded with great haste!

A fantastic family-owned company. They are up on all the latest in the "bug world" stuff, but they really understand old-fashioned customer service too. My husband and I are so grateful to Dean and his sons and we know when we call, they will always be there, and that's a great feeling. Screw you, carpenter ants! Highly recommend.

I'm so glad we got these folks out to our house! Dean and his crew have always taken care of our home with Barrier spray around the foundation and the eaves, every year. Ant traps don't work, but these guys Do! And when we had carpenter bees, they took care of them too! Thanks so much for taking care of business!!
