Moving into a new home is quite a treat. Everything is in perfect condition, and you don't have to worry about detailed inspections or the problems that arise with old houses. Choosing your floor plan is one of the most exciting parts of building your home. These plans are sorted by square feet, including bedroom and bath. Keep in mind that you can choose a larger floor plan and shrink it down to fit within your budget. Feel free to print out your favorite plans, grab a pair scissors, and build your own plan by cutting and pasting your favorite designs together.
A big part of building a custom home is picking out the cabinets. It is also one of the more exciting parts of the process for our clients. That's because the wide variety and stunning quality of what we offer opens a world of possibilities for the interior design of a custom home. Working with Capps Construction was a excellent experience. Very satisfied with quality of work and price. My job was a back yard concrete patio extending around the side of house. To help evaluate the job, Capps asked for photos of the yard to get an idea of type of work. This turned out to be a great idea. Capps was able to generate a quote quickly and was able to get his crew in within a week to start the job. I was leaving town for 3 weeks and he got his crew to finish the job the day before I left. We bought our home from Devin over 2 years. At the time that we purchased the home it was still being built. We worked directly with him, which was a nice change to not have a go through a realtor. We were always able to get in contact with him. He handled everything professionally but also like a friend.
Anytime I had warranty work that needed to be done Devin would either come over himself or have one of his workers do the job. No matter how many times he had to come out to get the job done, he did it until we were satisfied.

We just completed our landscape project on our new home. We contracted with Capps construction and concrete to do the work. I know him well enough now to just call him Devin.
Devin also built our home. I mentioned to Devin we were thinking of having some landscape work done and he said "we can do that!" He looked the yard and offered some great suggestions and we came to an agreement on the scope of work that included concrete work, the installation of artificial grass, plants and rock ground cover. He put us on his schedule and started work in a few days. His crew are a great group of guys
