We had ductless air conditioners installed over 15 years ago and knew it was time to upgrade them. So we contacted Dok's Heating and Air Conditioning and had Matt come out and give us our options. We decided to go with an updates ductless system, but this time with the heat pump option. I hesitated at first, we already have a furnace, but with the cool April and May weather, it was a great feature to have.

I called Dok's Heating And Air Conditioning due to my A/c had quit working. Explained to him what I had going on and what I had done. Also had a home warranty for my house and he said he’d work with them. Came out and diagnosed issue and suggested that the air conditioning system be replaced due to age and the coil was leaking. My home warranty company hassled him a lot but he kept treating me good. I would and have recommended Dok's Heating And Air Conditioning to multiple people. Best service around.

I was impressed several years ago when I contacted Dok for an ac repair. To my surprise he walked me through a quick fix for no fee! So, when I needed a new furnace I knew who to call. Not only was he professional and prompt, but had the best quote out of all the ones I called. Highly recommended!

We could just click on our ductless units to get the chill out, rather then turning on and off the furnace. Matt provided excellent service. He was punctual and cleaned up after. We will continue
