Some higher efficiency 1 pleated air filters can go up to three months (read instructions on filter) before needing replacement.

Jason was our technician. Our AC was completely dead in the middle of a heat wave. We were sure the entire unit would need to be replaced. He quickly found that it was just an electrical cord issue. He fixed the issue and we were cool once again HALLELUJAH !!!! He also found that the last technican that came out 3 years prior put in the fan backwards! Our electrical bills should go down now that its blowing correctly. THANK YOU! Really amazing service! Can't highly recommend them enough! Thanks to Robin and her team!

I called for air conditioner not working but fan is running. Denise came to put refrigeration on it, Charge me $504 for service but five days later back to the same issues, had to call to get a receipt email to me. We then call and told them about what happened on June 11, they said next opening June 25th. This is not how their business should be, a customer like us, we should be their first priorities when they screw it up. Bad service totally for this, how awful., we dealt without air conditioned already just to make sure it’s up and working. But paying $504 and works for couple days. They

They reviewed our existing (inoperable) equipment and sent a quote right away with good, better, best options. They asked me if a certain day would work for the install and that's all I needed to do. We live in a condominium and have learned our furnace from 2005 is no longer being made, and replacements don't fit in the current space. So when the blower went out, we were concerned, but High Road Heating & Cooling came to our rescue, finding the needed parts. Jason, our tech, was both personable and professional! And now our 2005 furnace is equipped with a new blower and motherboard, making this 2005 unit virtually new!

Everything went well. The installers were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and engaging. Questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Installation of the new furnace and AC system was flawless. By the time the electrician arrived they were ready for him to do his work. The work place was kept free of excess debris, safety procedures were adhered to and when everything was said and done the job site was cleaned up. I have no complaints and I am pleased with everything.
