On behalf of F.A. Days & Sons, we would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about our company and its employees. Based in Provincetown, F.A. Days has been serving the lower Cape for over 40 years. Our customer base includes anywhere from residential cooking accounts to major commercial restaurants, from space heaters to state of the art heat systems.
There are many options and benefits to heating your home with propane gas. Propane is a non-toxic gas that meets the clean air energy standards. Since propane is a gas, it cannot spill or pool. Propane appliances burn hotter & more evenly than other fuels, which helps save you money. We provide propane for any home use, seasonal or year round.
If you are planning to rent your property, it is important to be aware of our policies regarding tenants. Landlords need to contact F.A. Days if you do not wish to be responsible for a tenant's propane bill at said property. If you plan on keeping your account on automatic delivery and to be responsible for the propane bill there is no immediate action necessary.
Tenants are required to create an account with F.A. Days if they are to be responsible for the propane/oil &/or service at that property. Tenants have 3 options in regards to their deliveries. The first option is to be on a will-call C.O.D status. When on will-call you monitor your own tank and are responsible for arranging deliveries with F.A Days.

We are a business to service you & provide a safe environment for both your family & our employees. Unfortunately, we realize there may be times when you unexpectedly run out of gas. This can create an unsafe environment for both you & our delivery drivers especially if these emergency deliveries occur late at night.

F A Days & Sons Inc. is amazing. I have had at least three situations with a rental - always on a Friday night. They show up, take care of business and always solve my problem. I have been a customer for 14 years with my own home, as well, and I am deeply grateful for their commitment to customer service.

Best customer service around always there to accommodate your needs I used to work at Pepe’s restaurant and they came instantaneously to our restaurant demands the best on cape with the most experience other company’s try to compete but most have only been in the market for a few years days has over 65 years of knowledge!!! I couldn't figure out why I either had no heat or too much heat. Mike from Days called me after hours and told me take pictures of the unit and text to him. He called me right back patiently walked me through what to do. All fixed! I always respected Days. So glad to again be in a house where I can turn to them for service. What smart, nice helpful people!

I just had the best customer experience with Michael, the technician from FA Days. I had a buzzing/humming sound in my propane fireplace and he got to the bottom of it quickly. Not only was he extremely easy to talk with but he really knew his stuff. He called first to see if I was home. I wasn't. So we needed to do this remotely. Through a series of images he sent, and calls, he explained what was going on with the fireplace, did the necessary repairs and explained what the next steps are. He even flagged a problem I was having with my remote door lock. This guy should teach customer service!

We were fortunate enough to buy a place in Ptown 2 years ago. .A long time dream come true for me and my life time partner. We are not the kind of people who find the time hardly ever to write reviews although we always appreciate good customer service but we were so impress with the level of dedication and professionalism demonstrated by Michael at Days propane when he answered a service call at our home, that we felt compelled to do so. He really went above and beyond explaining what he had done but what we should address also moving forward . He gave us great advices and recommendations. But

What a great service! After 4 hours driving on a Friday night, my family and I arrived home only to find out that our heating system wasn’t working. We were so worried since we had a toddler with us and even though it was so late, Michael was willing to come over not long after we spoke to him and resolved the issue within the hour. Not only was he so polite and professional, but he patiently answered all of our questions in a manner that we could understand. Outstanding service!

Micheal at F.A. Days has been providing our fuel and boiler services since we purchased our house. They have installed our generator and replaced our water heater and boiler parts. They have been so helpful with our our heating and fuel concerns and guiding us through the process of caring for our antique house. I'm not one of those that goes online to post in favor of a company as often as I probably should, but I'm doing so for this company and its team of superb professionals. My husband and I just went through the process of winterizing a previously "summer cottage" here in Provincetown. From the superb recommendations they made for placement of heat sources in the cottage and their working seamlessly with the installers, through to their incredible responsiveness (we've had to ask them to connect/reconnect our propane tank due to unexpected circumstances), they've been superbly responsive and professional

Hi all. We just went through the boiler replacement process, and we'd like to give a shout out to Days. The quote was reasonable (and matched the final invoice!). Our exterior vent is done well and needs no additional work. They showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. The area was spotless when they finished. The cherry on top was that they sent the paperwork for the refund along with the invoice. All pages were filled in, and they highlighted what info we needed to add. They even included a stamped envelope!

This is a great company to work with. I get the impression that I am working with the owner every time I call with a question, Will is really great. Their policies are clear and they offer the best prices and service around. Kudos to this company.

I've been a builder, a property manager, and a homeowner for many years. I have dealt with every trade and every possible problem that comes with real estate and the way things fail on friday before a three day weekend with 8 house guests coming. I can't imagine a company providing better service and quality work than F.A Days. Every person I have ever dealt with from Will in the office to Tom and Glen in the field are friendly and very knowledgeable. When I have called with no heat or no hot water someone arrives within a few hours and invariably reolves the problem. I wish my electrician

I've been using Day's service for a number of years (I live in Wellfleet, two towns away from them). Two years ago they converted my home from oil to propane. They did an excellent job; highly professional, neat and very high quality work. Their propane service is excellent. I spend half the year in AZ and from time to time, during the winter, I'm concerned about the amount of propane in my tank (which also powers by whole-house generator). One phone call and the tank is filled within a few days.
