While we are away during the winter months we are quite comfortable knowing that Snows is looking after our place with the service agreement for both our furnace and air conditioning unit as well as the temp/fuel monitoring service. However, I would appreciate getting a monthly status report like "all is well" or something. Thanks, Fred Armstrong

After years of being over charged by snows ; I decided to change from propane to electric .I had a tank that was eighty percent full. I asked to remove their tank and give me credit for the gas unused’we don’t give credit’. When will you pick up the tank ?’two or three weeks’. Snows charged double what I pay in other parts of ma. Stay away from these people, they are ripoffs .

They responded promptly when we were awakened by an errant carbon monoxide monitor a couple of years ago, and then again when I called saying I was experiencing headaches with the heat on. In addition, they were great when we ran low on propane due to our own inattentiveness! They've been nothing but efficient, responsive and friendly.
