A 90-day/3,000 mile limited powertrain warranty that includes tow truck reimbursement, and a rental car allowance for when things aren't going as well as they should. This is for pre-owned vehicles with less than 100,000 miles. See dealer for full details. A 5-day exchange privilege. This simply means that if you don't like your car for any reason you can bring it back to us in the first 5 days for a different car.

While I enjoy the Ford Ranger Lariat Tremor so far, my buying experience was less enjoyable.
Firstly, we agreed with the sales guy to put down a payment to secure the car and finalize all paperwork the next day… since it takes over one hour and we had plans where we wanted to be that night. While we agreed, a hyperactive "manager?" came buy and made sure that we had to close today, otherwise he had another buyer tomorrow 9AM. Whatever, dude. Growing up in North Metro Denver, Sill-Terhar always had a Sterling reputation. I can say my experience was well below Sub-optimal. In fact I most likely never do any business with them or Ford Mo Co again. My wife and I were treated like garbage, lied to and couldn't even get a return phone call from our sales guy, not once but many many times. Our experience was very poor and I hope to never deal with any Sill-Terhar employee's again. I suggest you think long and hard before doing business with the new generation of folks there.

I gave them 1 star for getting me in the garage in a timely manner but from there it went down hill. In a nutshell I went in for sunroof repair with an outside purchased warranty (Ally). They had my truck all day, said they didn't hear back from Ally but would do the repair without using the warranty insurance for which I declined and said I would wait for a reply from Ally, they did not put my sunroof back together all the way, did not get back to me when they said they would, did not get back to me again after I called to complain, Ally said they never heard from Sill-TerHar at all, and to top

The whole team at Sill-TerHar was amazing to work with. I had leased my car from another dealership but wasn't given correct information and their customer service was lacking. I decided to get my oil changed at Sill-TerHar and walked into the FORD dealership and was immediately welcomed. Angela & Jeff took time out of their day to go over with me what my options were for buying out my lease. They sent me my paperwork when I was ready, I sent it back, walked in and almost everything was seamless after that. I did forget a couple of things, so that delayed the process!

Best experience at a dealer with buying a car/truck we've ever had. Went with Dan O'Brian and it was so hassle free. We're used to having to fight for a fair price at other places. We were in and out so fast, we expected to be there all day and ended up having the rest of the day to enjoy our new truck.. Highly recommend!

I purchased a used 2015 F-150 from Kaid Chapman a few days ago and wanted to thank your salesman for a job well done. He did an excellent Job with the sale from start to finish. This was one of the easiest and best buying experiences that I have ever had. Kaid even called to follow up with me a few days after the sale to make sure that everything was still OK with the vehicle and the sale. This dealership was up front, honest and professional through the whole transaction. In my opinion I got a good truck at a good price. We had the worst attempt at car buying from this dealership. We custom ordered a 2021 Ford Transit in January 2021, waited for months and only heard updates when I asked for them first, to finally find out in mid-October that they failed to prioritize our order and it was not being built (again, only because I reached out, so who knows how long the dealership knew they weren't going to fulfill our order). 2021 has been a tough year for the supply chain, but plenty of people who ordered identical Transits from other dealerships months after we did actually got vans. This dealership is currently gouging prices in a dishonest manner. They list on price on the sticker, but then add almost $3000 in non-negotiable costs such as a windshield warranty for $999 and clear coat protectant for $1500.
If these addons are non-negotiable just them to the sticker price.

The Mazda we looked at was listed at $34700 by my banks car buying service and on dealerships website. But when we tried to purchase the car the price ended up at $39,000.

This is a classic bait and switch. Don't fall for this dishonesty, Buy from another more honest dealer!

New Bronco, finally!!

My Mazda 6 paint was beautiful, but flawed. I have never seen a car chip to the metal so quickly. Sill-TerHar took the time to examine my car thoroughly, and I qualified for an under warranty repaint. They did a beautiful, quality job, even though I didn't pay them a cent.

Talk about an easy and awesome experience! It’s exciting to think about getting a brand new car, but the part that’s not the most exciting is the process of buying a new car. Well, not the case at Sill-TerHar, working with Steven Power was beyond a great experience, even when he had to break the news to me, I’d have to wait due to component delays for my car to arrive. He was thorough and during the wait time kept me up to date as it moved through the process. I got the best call yesterday telling me that my car arrived! I bought and took my car here for a full service. After they serviced the car, I drove it 1 mile home, where it died in the parking spot, and wouldn't run or drive anymore. After 3 weeks of me being passed around to different people, and being redirected and completely ignored, I finally got them to agree to tow the car back to the lot to figure out the problem, but only after showing up multiple days in a row, in person.

Worst service from a dealer I have received. Made an appointment for warranty work. They called me after the car was there to say they didn't have the parts. Set up valet service a couple of weeks later and they never showed up. Their answer...we are too busy...my fault. Never going there again.

If this was a review of Paul Farrow then it would be a 5 star review... unfortunately its of Sill-TerHar Mazda.

I dropped my car off for a service and decided to walk into the sales room floor to look at a vehicle to potential purchase next month. When I looked around for a sales person there were 2 in the back corner on their cell phones... we made eye contact and then they went right back to their phones. I proceeded to look at the cars inside the showroom on my own.

I showed up for my scheduled oil change on a Friday and the gentleman informed me I accidentally made the appointment for Thursday and missed it, oops! I was so bummed and worried they wouldn't take my car but he (wish I remembered his name!) was soo polite and understanding and took my car right away. The service was quick and while we waited inside everyone that worked there was very friendly. I also love that they follow up with you. Thank you Sill-TerHar service team can't wait to come back!

Me and my wife were recently in the market, for a newer used truck, since we had recently sold our other truck, that our family had outgrew. We were in the market for a crew cab to accommodate the grandkids, on camping trips, and such. We had been looking at vehicles for the past six months, and finally agreed on a particular make and model. I took my 2013 focus in for transmission shuddering last Tuesday. I have taken it in several times over the years for the same issue. Each time ford said the shuddering was within specs. The transmission warranty was over this past September. When I took the car in this time, out of warranty, I was told the car needed a new clutch. Of course since the car is out of warranty Ford doesn't care about specs. I do feel like this problem should have been taken care of many times over in the past. I had an early appointment for a recall on my Lincoln Nautilus. The service department was up and running. Zane had a loaner car started and warming up for me. The drop off was quick and professional. I received a call when service was done. Once again, the team was ready for a quick pick up. I would highly recommend Sill-Tehar for your Lincoln service.

Found a truck on their website that was in inventory. Scheduled a test drive. They said they would have the truck ready for me when I got there the following morning. Drove 30 minutes to the dealership. They said sorry that truck won't be here for a week. Their website and their sales people are not honest.

I've leased two Mazdas with Sill-TerHar Motors and I will continue to be their loyal customer. They have gone above and beyond to make leasing convenient and efficient. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years and I've only felt like I got a good deal when doing business with Sill-TerHar.

Service Manager Mitch Ross: FALSE FAILED TRANSMISSION DIAGNOSIS for $5,621.00!!! (see his actual text below)

I dropped off my 2011 Lincoln MKX on my way to the airport to have the Navigation System diagnosed as it was blacking out intermittently. I would be returning in 6 days to pick up the vehicle. My Luxury Service Advisor, Zayne Tatro, never contacted me and was unresponsive to my voice and text messages until the day I was picking up the car. They had done nothing.

As an update, four weeks after the issue their Service Manager Mitch Ross emailed me saying he felt they did everything right, and that my less than stellar review hurts the service advisor who worked with me.

I replied with a lengthy explanation of why I felt frustrated with how Sill-Terhar handled the situation, the lack of communication, etc.. and how a similar issue had been handled very differently by another dealership. This is specifically in regards to their Quick Lane service.

I went there today to get an oil change and tire rotation, and historically they have honored Quick Lane coupons. FYI, without a coupon the price is double, and is frankly laughable.

About two weeks ago I was looking for the coupon on their website, and it was impossible to find, so I emailed them and they were kind enough to email me the link to their coupon.

So today I print out said coupon, only to arrive and be told that they no longer accept that coupon even though it expires in December, and THEY emailed to me just two

I visited Sill-TerHar Motors to test drive a few new luxury vehicles. I found Eric Smith to be easy to work with and very informed about his product offerings. We took out a Jaguar XE which was nice but not exactly what I was looking for. Eric was patient as I test drove a Maserati Ghibli and continued to browse the new and used car inventory.
