Our Personal Concierge Service is not only convenient but safe, too, because it is a door-to-door, no-contact service. Our Personal Concierge professionals, including service valets, service advisors, and service technicians, put on a fresh pair of gloves for each customer's vehicle. Additionally, they place a protective seat cover over the driver's seat and sanitize the steering wheel.

They also wash the vehicle exterior with a light detail, wipe down the interior touch points with disinfectant wipes, and repeat. Our Personal Concierge Service is available for all service and maintenance, from oil changes to major repairs. And with our multi-point check and ongoing communication through text or email, you'll always be in the know on any needed repairs before they happen.

Excellent customer service by the fleet manager, who helped put together a competitive and ultimately winning offer. Finance manager and title administrator was also great to work with and helped add a nice 7 yr Total Care package. Highly recommended Toyota dealership and better than a lot of others in town.

Nearly 30% dealer markup on a Corolla. I get the supply shortage and all that's going on right now, but you'd have to be out of your mind to pay this. Absolute insanity.
Also we stood on the lot for ~10 mins and couldn't even get a salesman to talk to us. So even if we wanted to pay the idiotic prices I don't know that we could have.

I’m a returning customer to LHM Toyota, three times over. Their customer service is always amazing. My salesperson this time was Tim. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and prompt! We traded in a 2015 Tacoma for a 2019 Tacoma. The truck is beautiful and the deal was amazing! I’ve bought many cars in my life before becoming an LHM customer, and the experience was always stressful. LHM has changed my opinion on the car-buying experience! As always, Larry H. Miller stores provide outstanding service rather it be buying a new car or taking your car in for maintenance. Godsey was great during my buying process and he went above and beyond. He moved everything over from my other vehicle, including my daughters car seat, while I was signing papers. Little things like that help out a lot!

Went in with the idea of getting a Tacoma but hadn't made up my mind. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Dominic and he made the hole process so easy from test driving to making sure I was comfortable and confident with the truck and the next thing I know we're getting the trade in figured out for my vehicle and the entire process was so simple and smooth it wasn't at all what I was expecting with buying my first truck from a dealer. Overall a great experience and I love the truck I got and the warranties that come with it great. Thanks to Dominic and the staff for handling things very simply

I have brought my truck here for my oil changes and have always had great service.
I can't remember who I worked with for my first two oil changes, but I worked with Scott for the others and he is great.
They are always quick. Never any pressure if I do not want to get other work done by them.

If you value your car go elsewhere for service. Had my oil changed and alignment done. Dropped it off at 8am is was done at almost 5 pm. I look it over everything looks great I get home and oil is leaking everywhere. I look and the oil filter drain plug is just sitting in the hole not even tightened. Now there is oil all over underneath my truck and a oil stain in my driveway that won’t come up. I will go elsewhere if I was you! Completely unacceptable to mess up like this. I’m lucky I’m located near by and only drove home and not farther. Or I might need a new engine…

When I searched inventory on the Larry H Miller website, it showed multiple new Tundras available, but when I got there, they only had ONE new truck on the lot and it had just come in the day prior. My salesperson Alex was outstanding. He has been there since 2015 and was very knowledgeable. The sales manager Rusty even gave my boyfriend a ride home so I could sign all the paperwork that always takes hours.
I ended up purchasing the truck but was disgusted at the $4,000 "market adjustment" that is charged over and above the MSRP. I understand that there's a microchip and a parts shortage and it
