Escape Plumbing arrived when they said they would. Eric and his apprentis, Zander were professional and excellent in explaining: how the company works; how they could fix my plumbing challenges. They gave me choices and Eric is crystal clear on options; Eric's assessments weigh both the positive and the tough sides of each project. I never felt there was a chunk of information omitted. They were so tidy, fast and respectful. The encompassed work was repair a copper pipe, test the acidity of my water, take care of a water house filter and install an air conditioner filter. Eric also diagnosed issues

Eric, the owner of Escape Plumbing and Heating was undoubtedly the most knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient contractor I’ve ever hired to do home repairs. From start to finish, Eric explained everything, effectively communicated and worked with precision. Replacing my two original toilets and pipes and valves was no easy chore. One was particularly challenging, but, never once did Eric show irritation, frustration or simplify the job.
He was very reassuring and everything is perfect, updated and completely outfitted with new pipes valves, etc. Eric even replaced two floor tiles

We hired Escape Plumbing for a complete bathroom renovation and a utility sink repair. Eric, the owner, is extremely professional and an expert at his trade. They take the time to do everything with care and attention to detail. Sometimes Eric would be working on our home when we were not present, but he would send lots of pictures and even videos, so we knew what was going on and that he had completed the work he said he was going to do. He is a great communicator, which is sometimes hard to find in a contractor! I would text him questions and he would get back to me quickly with thorough answers

I was referred to escape plumbing from another local business and have been very happy with the quality of work. Working with Eric on our renovation was great. Even after the project was done he always pick up the phone or returns your call promptly. Most recently had a circulator pump and aquastat go. He picked up on a Sunday and got the heat working again. He is always the first person I recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Super easy to work with and very reliable, they repaired a leaking rear exiting and pressure tank toilet and also found out the plumbing was not done correctly. For now we did the quick fix and stopped the leaking but will have them out again to correct the plumbing when the bathroom renovation occurs. High recommend and look forward to working with them again!

DIY project actually created a non emergency issue but as I was leaving on a trip the next day, I couldn't leave the tub we bathe our child in as inoperable. Called and got a message machine but on it it encouraged you to call the owners cell directly. I did and Eric was there later that afternoon. He was fast, knowledgeable and had fair prices. Was very thankful for his efforts as I was able to have it wrapped up same day!
