Cyrious Plumbing is a very reliable and competent local business. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule and were here as promised. Bob arrived 15 minutes early, and was waiting for me in my driveway when I arrived. Bob is friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing. He had done work for my parents in Plantsville recently and made sure to ask how they were doing. Asked to have a new faucet and handles installed- was left with the original ones except in broken , inoperative condition and was charged $90.00. The new faucet brought by the plumber was the wrong size - he apparently guessed at the size and then informed me that I should have told him the measurement. He decided to just leave it broken and collect his big fee.

I recently had an issue with our garbage disposal that stopped working. I called Bob after finding him online, and they responded very quickly. After looking over the issue, Bob offered 2 options for a new disposal - which I knew would happen from looking up the issue on some DIY sites. Both options were very reasonable. I ended up choosing the higher priced option, even though Bob was leaning more towards the lower option, which was refreshing in and of itself. While completing the work on replacing the disposal, Bob actually took care of another issue that I had, with no extra charge.

Bob arrived right on time. He put paper booties over his shoes as he entered the house. He looked at our problem and in less than five minutes had it solved. Although we didn't have to, we'd be willing to pay twice the going rate for someone this conscientious and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong calling Cyrious Plumbing.

Woke up at 5:00am to go to the gym and went to turn on the hot water and no water came out of the faucet. My immediate thought was the hot water heater but there was no water at all. I went to the basement and stepped in water. I heard running water coming from behind a panel in the utility closet. Opened the panel and my fears were realized when a deluge of water was coming from the pipes. Fortunately, the pipe shutoffs were directly above the break and I was able to get the water turned off.

Bob and his family are fantastic. We needed him in an emergency and he showed up got the job done quickly efficiently and we had a few laughs along the way. Bob is professional conscientious i and just a great guy. Also wonderful to see him entering his son I highly recommend this service he's the only person I will use unless there is such an emergency and he's on vacation thst he can't be reached

I called Cyrious plumbing late one night and left a message when I smelled gas in my house and confirmed that I had a leak (and shut the gas off). Bob called me right back within 20 minutes, and him and Mike were at my house the next morning at 8am sharp. They were extremely polite, and responsive to any questions I had. They also worked non stop until the job was done.
