Tom was great! He was very responsive, tried and succeeded in helping to limit my costs, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He followed up as promised in a timely manner. I would use New Concepts for any future plumbing needs and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We recently moved to a new home and had issues with our hot water, so we called Tom and he came out later that same day to look. He was quick to respond, communicated his expected timing, and was overall great to deal with. We will absolutely be calling Tom the next time the need arises!

Tom came to hook up my gas stove where there had previously been an electric one. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. He provides wonderful service. I had consulted with another plumber first and am so glad I chose to go with New Concepts Plumbing. I will be using this company from now on.

Tom is not only a great person, he is a very skilled and capable plumber! He has a mastery of understanding and knowledge about plumbing systems, the quality of products that need to be used for positive results, and how to troubleshoot an issue. With all of the 5.0 reviews, I figured that New Concepts would be a great choice. I could not have been more wrong. I called them twice, the 2nd time with a clarified message because I thought my first message was probably confusing. As of today, it has been five days since my first call. No call back. This is rude and unprofessional. If they lose any business because of this review, they richly deserve it. I strongly urge everyone to go elsewhere, to a company that gives you respect. October 2019.
