Very please with service. He unclogged a shared kitchen sink/laundry room drain pipe. Fast response time and professional. He stayed while I ran a small load of laundry to make sure clog was cleared.

Really responsive, we had a backup sewer Sunday night, they answered at 10pm and schedule our repair next day first in the morning. Our house sewer needed and update they scheduled for the following week and gave us a reasonable price. Polite, professional, on time and no matter the weather outside. Really happy and thankful for their service

Dna plumbing is one of the best places i ever gone threw. I was having problems with my pipes leaking called them up it was late at night and they were here the nsxt morning bright in earlier. Dewayne and his partner did amazing job he pairing all my pipes and getting everything back up and running in no time

We've had issues with other contractors in the past, and DeWayne was extremely supportive in acknowledging that and helping us through the process and making sure we were comfortable with it. We have Home Serve , for a variety of different things, such as insurance on our Central A/C, Interior and exterior wiring and also exterior sewer and drain and interior plumbing.
We had a problem with a leaky toilet and also a clogged bathroom sink We called Home Serve and they set us up with DNA Plumbing. They did a great job, replacing the seal under the toilet and also tightening up the screws and nuts , that connect the water storage for the toilet and all the parts for flushing the toilet.
The crew was supposed to be here on Thursday Morning, but due to the rainy weather, I got a call from

DNA was scheduled to come out to my house via my HomeServe insurance. My sewer vent is apparently clogged so anytime I flush the toilet, take a shower, run dishes, etc I have sewer gases gurgling into my house while they drain slowly. When this started happening, I developed a slow leak from my toilet into my basement somehow.

I work a very hectic schedule and also take classes at night. So I had to take a half day off of work to accommodate Dwayne coming out to my house at 2:30pm. I get a call from him saying the job he's on isn't going well and he's going to be late without a

Dwayne was absolutely Great! He returned my call in a very timely manner. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem and got right to work, He was very organized and his prices are very reasonable. He definitely will be my go to plumber from now on.

Great guy, does great work and is responsive. He was the plumber my general contractor used to finish my basement. It's been 4 years and zero problems. I called the owner about 3 months ago for a completely different problem in my kitchen, he remembered me from 4 years ago when he did the basement work. He showed up the next day when he said he would and took care of the problem in my kitchen.
Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

I’m going to try to keep this short although I have so many good things to say about this company. First of all, Dwayne is awesome!! I called him for one minor plumbing situation and ended up hiring him for a full oil to gas conversion. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he was there through the whole process, and always answered my calls when I needed him. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
