I've been in the trade since 1998 and have been fortunate to have been able to work at all levels of the plumbing and heating trade. Tim was cool. I had him come to do plumbing and run water lines . He spent the day running pex on the exterior wall and gave his word that with insulation that freezing would occur. Even After proper insulation and freezing temperatures the pex froze(he ran pex through the corner framing ). I confronted him and he told me that I gave the order to install pex on the outside. I pay professionals to do a job and one that is proper, with no input as they are the experts. Clearly Tim is not an expert and is unprofessional to put blame on the person who paid him with confidence to do a good job.

Tim and Leo replaced a grinder pump that had leaked and stopped working. We have used Tim for almost 6 years and for 3 properties, so I was very disappointed when the alarm sounded 2 months after installing it and he blew us off and wouldn’t come back to fix it. There is a 1 year guarantee for labor and materials on his website which he did not stand behind, so I had to pay another plumber to come fix it. On a side note, also disappointing was that he lied to us about the grinder pump cost. He marked it up $600 because he knew we were in a bind and needed it. The invoice was almost $1,000 more

I contacted Central CT Plumbing and Heating to repair my central air conditioning. Tim and his employee came out the next day. He spent 2 hours trying to diagnosis the unit. He replaced a part. The unit stopped working again within 2 hours. We called him and he said he would come out the next day. He did and diagnosed another problem. That repair only lasted 1 week. We called him on a Tuesday and he told us the earliest he could come out was that Friday. I was willing to wait to have him make to correct repairs. On Thursday, he called and left a message and told us that he could not come out on

I competently agree with Alicia foley's review tim and leo came to my house. did half of the repairs left said he had to came back to finish the work, then he change his mind during the work said he doesnt fix wall that he cut off to get to pipes, and said i had fix the wall to get the job done. he left the without finish it, i paid him for it biggest mistake that i made. i talk to many plumbers after it they all said i got ripped off by tim and leo.

The sole proprietor showed up in a timely manner and spent about 30 minutes on a clog. Was well mannered. Fixed clog. The reason I give him 3 stars is he said he was going to charge $150 to clear the drain and then charged $170 by pouring 'acid' in the drain before notifying me I was being charged extra. I would have declined the 'acid' if properly notified I was being charged extra. I also asked him to run the snake through a second time and he refused. Other than that, he appeared to know his trade.
