I have reached out to A team several times for services. They've replaced my shower, water heater, toilet and fixed a leaky sink. Manny and his team arrived on time, communicated clearly and came prepared. They are respectful and professional and always clean their space when they are done. I called A-Team to come and help me with a clogged main sewer line and set up an appointment for today between 8-10. The tech arrived on time and was very nice. Unfortunately, the tech attempted to open the cap to the sewer opening and realized the amount of water would be too much for the single shop vac he had in his truck. The tech asked me for any bins I might have; I had none. I'm not sure why a company dealing with sewer line clogs would come to a job without any containers for excess water.
The tech, Andy, told me my options were to reschedule and buy bins or pay an additional $299 to remove

The technician made sure to get us in on their schedule today even though we were a new customer. They repaired our broken equipment and did good quality work. We are very thankful.

This company is awesome!!! Jorge came to replace my hot water heater the same day I discovered a leak in my basement. He came, replaced the water heater and they worked all day to find the source of the leak. He then came back the next day to complete the repair and did a great job! Jorge is the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring plumber I have ever encountered and am so thankful to have picked A-team to come to my home to get the job done. Because of Jorge, A-team now has a customer for life, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for any and all of their HVAC and plumbing

A team plumbing was able to accommodate my schedule they arrived on time and completed the job within an hour or so they were professional and We're flexible enough so that I was able to have them repair and replace my outdoor Fixture which had needed repair for quite some time. All in all I was happy with the friendly and capable gentleman who respected my time and my home and completed the task before them.

A-Team just came out to fix a burst pipe we had. The regular plumber we use doesn't do emergencies, weekends, and isn't that easy to book anyway. I called a bunch of other places that couldn't get out until Monday. Then I found these guys googling 'Burst pipes CT' and they were so easy to book, worked on weekends if needed and I loved their communication. They text me a confirmation and a link to track where the plumber was so I knew when he was arriving and could make sure I was there. Andy arrived and was very nice and got the job done. Payment process was easy. I'm so happy to find them and

Manny and his team did an excellent job! They gave us a very fair price, did high-quality work and were able to schedule us (and complete the work) within about a week of their quote.
