Opened in April of 2003 by Jarrett J. Rousseau. Rousseau Plumbing & Heating has provided plumbing and heating repair, and replacement services throughout Connecticut mainly serving the New Haven county. A veteran owned company taking pride in providing the best service available. Jarrett was born in Hartford, grew up in the small town of Higganum.
After graduation Jarrett joined the U.S. Coast Guard where he earned several awards and qualifications as a Damage Controlman. Upon honorably separating from the Coast Guard after 8 years Jarrett began pursuing a career as a plumber. Earning a unlimited master plumbing, piping, and heating license from Connecticut he proudly opened Rousseau Plumbing & Heating in 2003.

I've been using Rousseau Plumbing for all of my Plumbing work for years and they are without question the best in town,maybe the entire state. Recently my on demand water heater stopped working on a Sunday morning of all times. I called and left a voicemail at 9 am , not expecting a call back right away, and by 9:05 the owner, Jarrett, called me to discuss the problem. ON A SUNDAY. MORNING. He later text me that he located the part needed, ordered it, and had his guys at my house that Tuesday to begin the repairs. Unbelievable. That kind of service is unheard of these days. I decided to try Russeau Plumbing since I couldn’t get in touch with my regular plumber. I was very nervous about using someone new. Was the work going to be done correctly? Would they overcharge for services? No need to worry, Morgan was very professional, kept me informed every step of the way. AND before he relocated the outside shut offs to a place where I could reach them, explained the additional work, and added expense.
All of the work was done neatly, professionally, and at a extremely reasonable price.
I will use Russeau again, and recommend them to my neighbors & friends.

We use Rousseau Plumbing & Heating as the go-to company for all of our plumbing repairs in all of the properties that we manage. We cut them a workorder based on plumbing information received from our tenants, we email the workorder to them and they handle the scheduling coordination with the tenants and the repairs. Costs are as reasonable as can be expected for plumbing, service is excellent.

Extremely happy with this plumber! They converted my old 3-valve shower (hot, cold, and diverter) into a modern pressure balance single valve, and it works beautifully. The guys did the work very efficiently, and were courteous enough to wear masks the entire time. Jarrett is very honest and straightforward, and professional. Definitely calling again for future jobs.

Rousseau Plumbing repaired our leaking faucet today and we are 5-star happy with the experience and results. They had previously done very satisfactory repairs for us, so we called them again. Best Plumbing Company in the area!!! The only company that would call me back when I had issues. Jarrett is very professional and has always been a very clear communicator. Rousseau has provided excellent service for many projects at our new home all for very reasonable prices... (Clogged Sewer Drain, Installed Utility Sink, New Gas Line for Stove AND emergency help for Frozen Pipes in winter!!!)
Each visit the Rousseau crew was polite and very nice. Always feel comfortable with them working at our house. Can't go wrong with these guys!
