ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.....I ORDERED FURNITURE NEARLY 2 MONTHS AGO. ONLY TODAY ONE DAY BEFORE MY DELIVERY AND AFTER THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE TAXES ARE THEY TELLING ME THEY CANT MAKE THE SALE. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT TYPE OF A TERRIBLE SITUATION I AM NOW LEFT IN!!!!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!! MY REPLY......Excuse me.....It was NOT told to me that i could use my barter dollars "sometime in 2022" I was told it would be ok to process the order in January. You took MY money and i was repeatedly told that delivery would take place on Jan 6th. Here it is Jan 5th and now all of a sudden im told

It feels a bit cluttered inside, but the items they have are unique and I love the fact that you can do payment plans for lease to own, layaway, or pay cash. And there's options for every room of your house from couches, chairs, tables, chaise lounges, bunk beds, daybeds, everything really. Only one or two sets were overpriced the rest was reasonable or great deals

Amazing! I was shopping next-door at Academy when I noticed the furniture store I walked over to just take a peek and I was blown away and all the mattresses in sales they had going on and just a wonderful atmosphere I bought my daughters mattress here and had a delivery same day

While shopping here I found everything I needed, free delivery and an amazing owner who made sure I was taken care of! Very happy with my purchase!

WOW I went into this store and Johnny was amazing he helped me pick out a new couch that was best for me and also a mattress. when i couldnt decide between 2 mattresses and asked for his opinion he pointed me toward the less expensive one and told me it would be better for my lower back in his opinion, wow! he could have told me the one that cost more money but was just plain honest!!!! Thanks BLT WHICH I FOUND OUT STOOD FOR BEEDROOM LIVING ROOM AND TABLES LOL

Great service! The salesman Johnny was so kind to my mother who recently had surgery and needed to sit. He put her in a comfortable chair and brought his laptop to us so she could look without having to get winded. Not only did we find the perfect table but it was delivered and set up by that afternoon. Absolutely ❤️ their delivery guy Jeff! Everyone was so friendly I’ll definitely be shopping there for now on.

I was looking for a furniture place in San Antonio that was willing to help me out on a precise furniture I was looking for at the right price I greatly appreciate the great customer service of Johnny he help me out on price range and quality of furniture the best bet is to check out this place if they don’t have it they will order it and the furniture has a good quality you will not go wrong checking out with Johnny or to deal with VLT furniture

Jamie at BLT Furniture is amazing! Not only did he set up my bed upon delivering it, but 2 years later, he fixed my slats when they needed it at no cost to me even though they were now out of warranty! Thank you again Jamie! Your customer service is immaculate! The staff are very nice at BLT. They even helped me go through the catalogs when I was looking for something very specific instead of just handing me the books. I appreciate the experience I was given and would recommend them to anyone!

They're okay furniture nothing spectacular but whatever you do avoid financing you'll end up spending double what you originally signed for. Don't trust the ads on Facebook market place though they lie about pricing I'm pretty sure each employee just makes up prices for each item I got told 3 different prices for the sectional we ending up purchasing. Delivery was quick within the week and they even set it up for us it was very convenient.

My daughter got ripped off by this company and we are now in the process of taking them to court. Jamie is the worse ever. Not only that there were another family going through the same thing my daughter is goin through with.
