I've been a Stafford customer since 1988. They're an incredible company. They are always there when we need them-whether it's for emergency service, or routine service, or the installation of new equipment. We use them for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. I'm especially pleased with the work done on my air conditioning system over the past few years, including the installation of my air conditioning condenser this past spring.

Just had a great interaction when ordering oil for the first time maybe ever, for the family house near the lake. Turns out they had serviced it for many years prior. They even knew the color. Very nice service experience. Great value too, with discounts available. You folks are the best! When I discovered that hot water was not circulating through our radiators, I was eager to make sure we had heat on the first frosty morning.

Needed oil in the middle of winter, driver came out and filled tank with only 50 gallons claiming we needed an inspection. We just had our tank inspected by Stafford in December (it's now Feb). We were also home at the time with both our cars clearly visible in the driveway and driver just left a note and never bothered to tell us anything. So they left us with about a weeks worth of oil and scrambling to find another company. They really don't care about customer service and I would use any company but this one...unless you want unreliable service and people who don't care.

It was done fast and with beautiful workmen ship ! By another contractor other than stafford !! I am more upset that stafford oil service dept said they work on R22 and after the sales pitch for a complete system, I realized that you are all about, not giving the customer any options and to soak the customer out of every penny !!
