RI Pipe Guys was excellent in all areas of the job. They replaced two of our furnaces. Pam in the office was always extremely courteous and responsive, and she did a great job of keeping us informed of where things stood with respect to our insurance claim and the status of the delivery of the replacement furnaces. And Rick did a wonderful job in both replacing the furnaces quickly and in keeping us informed about all aspects of the replacement process. We highly recommend RI Pipe Guys, and we’ll definitely be using them for any future needs.

Tip: when buying a new home and the sellers purchase a new furnace as part of closing conditions the warranty does NOT transfer over to new home owner and they do not stand by the fact that it is ONE month old and I am the new home owner. Now the sellers have to call and set up an apt to repair my furnace should something happen.
The one positive was the woman that answered the phone when I called to voice my concern. She couldn't do anything but she was sincere and did her job.

I own a multifamily that needed 2 new boilers. When Rick came in for a quote he explained the entire process and answered any questions I had. When the work began he showed up when he said he would and everything went smoothly. He took his time and keep me informed of his progress. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him.

I love RI Pipe Guys! They recently installed a new boiler for me and I couldn't be happier. They are professional and know their stuff. They even called a week after the installation to make sure everything was running okay and that I was happy. I will call them for my annual maintenance and for any plumbing or cooling issues.
