Tried for 3 WEEKS to get documentation from the Insurance Specialist, Melissa. She was extremely unhelpful, very rude and told both me and my service ladies to “stop calling her 4 times a day, she hasn’t gotten to it yet”. She had the WRONG email address, sent the WRONG document twice, and always had an attitude like WE were doing something wrong. Would not recommend at ALL.

Cole and his crew are awesome!!!! When I called for a estimate Cole from the Palestine Office called back within the hour. Cole then was at the house within 5 minutes of his phone call. I had an estimate for my roof in less that 2 hours. he was very upfront and honest with his quote and he told us it would be a week and a half before they could get started. To his word a week and a half they had my roof here and working on it. it took them 2 days and my roof was done cleaned up and you would never know they where here. I will recommend Cole with ASAP Roofing any day. Thanks Cole

Called ASAP to take a look at our roof. We knew there would be challenges as we have a 110 yr old home. They inspected the roof and worked directly with the insurance company to get the repairs done. David Lucien was our contact and he handled our account with the professionalism that we were expecting. From the first time I called him he was in constant contact. We signed the contract and they started on it the next week. The crew was knowledgeable and fast. They brought our roof up to code and we will definitely use them again if needed.

I am glad I chose ASAP roofing for my first experience at replacing a roof. David was very helpful, kept in constant contact, even after hours. They did a great job and I feel the expense was very reasonable. You would not have even known a new roof had been installed on my house the day they replaced it. It was completed before I got off work. I would use them again if needed.
