As a local pest management company, Bug Tech was created based on the customer demand for a quality pest control company, one that was professional, dependable, and comprehensive, serving Lubbock and Amarillo. Bug Tech's goal is to satisfy all pest prevention needs and to maintain close relationships with customers that will continue for years.

IPM is environmentally sensitive and seeks to limit costs and hazards associated with extermination through alternative methods. Our team performs a free inspection and analysis of the pests affecting your home, backyard, and neighborhood.
Adult bed bugs are about 3/16 of an inch long, 1/8-inch wide and reddish-brown, with oval, flattened bodies. Even when fully grown, bed bugs are difficult to spot with the naked eye. Nymphs and egg cases are even smaller and can easily lead to an infestation. Bed bugs are active mainly at night when their host is asleep.
One of the most common types of reproach we see in West Texas and the Texas Panhandle is the German Cockroach. The German Cockroach thrives in filth, but even the cleanest bathrooms and kitchens can fall prey to these pests. Once a German Cockroach population takes hold in your home, they reproduce rapidly and can be very challenging to control.
Ants are a common insect and sight in Lubbock and Amarillo backyards, but when ants jeopardize your kids play time or regularly enter the home or office, they can become a pest. The first step to defend against ants is identification. Pharaoh ants, known as sugar ants are very small (1/12 - 1/16 long) black ants that are common home intruders in West Texas.

DO NOT USE THEM. We got bug tech to spray for spiders because we saw the good the reviews. They came once and we still saw spiders. We called them once again and they told us they weren’t going to charge us the second time. When they sprayed the second time they charged us AGAIN same price as the first time. Now we still see spiders and bigger then before! Do not spend your money with them please. Go to D’s pest control, they only spray once and all the bugs are gone!

Bug Tech is the only Pest control company I will use. Michael and his team are consummate professionals. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. They also take the time to stay up to-date with continuing education, and cutting edge technology. They maintain my home. I highly recommend them. Their service is by far the best in Lubbock.

I switched over to Bug Tech a little over two years ago and I’ve been extremely satisfied! They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very thorough! Brent Nelson is the best and always does a great job! We had to text a picture of what we thought was a bee hive after hours and within a short amount of time they got back with us and told us it was just a swarm of bees and they should be gone in 2-3 days and they were spot on. I’m glad I made the switch to Bug Tech!

As an insurance agent we insure many homes for our clients. We often recommend a client have their home sprayed for bugs, spiders, etc before they move in.
