We offer expertise in pre-design, design management, value engineering, estimating, and construction management, while simultaneously ensuring the best quality services within a specific time frame and budget.
Milo Construction was started as a one-man show in 2001 by Pat Minniear and has since developed into a highly successful team. Over the past 19 years, with an eye on workmanship and process, Milo Construction has established itself as the premier Front Range commercial contractor-without losing sight of the clients and projects that gave the company its start.
We chose Milo Construction to do the site cleanup for our property in Mountain Ridge after the Calwood fire in October completely destroyed our home. The entire Milo team whom we worked with, Pat Minniear, Mike Mortensen and Kris Robinson, were completely professional and competent. We chose Milo, in part, because Pat had lost his home to fire in Four Mile canyon several years ago, and he seemed very knowledgeable about doing our site cleanup.

Milo and owner Pat performed renovation of my 1910 residence in Boulder. They gutted the interior, excavated a new basement ADU, and installed all the fixtures/finishings. This is the second project (previous was commercial building 30,000 s.f). What you get in owner Pat M is an honest and caring person, he backs up his word and his work. In my 20+ years of owning/developing/renovating, it seems to me that if you can have trust between owner and Contractor then everything else will fall into place.
