Tried using another company, waited 30min before calling them back to be told “a technician isn’t available in our area” when there was still 3 hours left on their availability, and they didn’t bother to even to call back and mention I should try calling another company. I then called these guys and they said a technician would be in contact with me shortly and boom, not 2 min later he was calling me saying he would be there in 20min. Dude took but 2min to get the door open without damaging the tumbler 🤘🏼 Thank you guys for the rescue!!

Great quick service from Adam. He came over on a Sunday to finish a Schlage Connect smart lock install. I had already installed it but it wouldn't Auto lock due to a slight misalignment. Adam drilled our the hole and got it working in less than fifteen minutes.

Adam was great! He was right on time for our appt. and changed our locks out no problem! And he was able to copy keys on site which saved us a trip to get more keys made. He was also able to provide same day service, which we needed. Would definitely use him again for any other lock issues. I highly recommend giving him a call if you a locksmith!

I called A1 Locksmith and Adam came right away to our office to give us a quote. He explained that although his price was slightly higher, that it was because he was using commercial grade Schlage locks. We appreciated him explaining that to us since it is a commercial building and we wanted quality. We called some other locksmiths for quotes but some were not using Schlage and were quoting almost the same price.

Would definitely use A1 locksmith San Jose again in the future and recommend to others. Thank you Adam!
