BEWARE!! I called this place earlier today to get a quote because I locked my keys in my Mercedes. The first quote I got over the phone was 85 dollars which I agreed to then the “technician” called me back to tell me he’d have to manually pick the lock on my car for some reason and it would be 150 dollars. I ended up calling pop a lock and they were able to open my car without manually picking the lock for 55 dollars. Call pop a lock ! These people will try to take advantage of you if you have a nice car.

I called 6 other companies before them and was told only BMW dealership could make them. Very professional and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anybody

Lost my keys and they did a great job reprogramming a new key and key fob and deleting the old set so no one could steal my vehicle. Super fast service and got treated very professionally . They even replaced the lock on my toolbox because I no longer had a key.
