We are a family-operated company with over 20 years of experience in kitchen, bathroom and flooring remodeling for homes, townhouses, apartments and condos in Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island. Viorel Toader started as a business owner and an operator of a high-end furniture shop in Romania. At the age of 18, while he was attending college, he established his own furniture business, which he ran for over 4 years.

We just had AFK install all new flooring in our house on Marco Island. It was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Simona helped us pick out the right product for us. Viorel met us at the house the very next day & we had a quote that afternoon, which was VERY reasonable! We picked a date for the work to be done; the installer met with us ahead of time; they started on the day they promised; and finished ahead of schedule! Couldn’t ask for anything better! We would highly recommend!

Just had a second wonderful experience with AFK! They installed a beautiful new kitchen for us two years ago and now they just finished installing new hardwood flooring throughout our villa and porcelain tile in the bathrooms. We loved working with AFK for our Master Bath remodel. Ask for Tom Grimaldi... he was wonderful to work with and oversaw the whole project from beginning to end. A great guy! We recently had AFK install a shower to replace a bathtub and they removed carpet in our den in exchange for a gorgeous hardwood floor. We could not have been happier. It makes the bathroom look larger, up to date and convenient. The new wall and floor tiles are so sharp and easy to clean. The time frame was quick and delivered as promised. … One contractor had a little delay which was understandable. The designer, Julie, was hands on, being sure it was carried out as planned. Absolutely LOVE my Executive Cabinetry cabinets sourced and installed by AFK! Was wonderful the cabinets could have customized colors applied by Executive Cabinetry to match colors from Sherwin Williams' paint line. The owners, Viorel and Simona, are actively involved in the business and will help you select cabinets, tile, flooring, etc. AFK… has a talented on-staff cabinet designer, Gene. He's able to show you electronic renderings of your cabinet design before you place your order. Christian at AFK is an exceptional tile installer. We worked with Julie from AFK. She stopped in on a regular basis to check on the project. She gave ideas, listened to our ideas and went from there. We really like our walk in shower. We had the tub and shower removed and a walk in, level with our floor shower installed.
The person who did our tile work, Oscar, was very detailed oriented. He did an excellent job and kept the area very clean.
We had a bit of an issue a week after we began using the shower. Viorel, the owner, came out himself to fix the problem. Very impressive.
We do love our shower. A bit expensive, but I won't dock any stars

We want to have our kitchen redone and the person from AFK has been at a minimum unresponsive. Her level of detail is lacking and we are consistently having to follow up on email. We are at the point now where we are ready to terminate our relationship and work with someone who wants our business. We fired them as they just don't seem to care about our business.

Doing a major remodel is a very stressful on the home owners and the company alike. I could not give them 5 stars based on somethings I just did not approve of. One of the major no no was they hooked my toilet back up filled it with water and flushed it without it being mounted or sealed. Yuck. Of course they said they did not do it. No one else was in the house that day so a ghost must have done the dirty deed.
The told me they shut the AC off so as not to get dust throughout my ductwork and filter. Well no that did not happen but I was told they always did it every day. Yet my filter

AFK was recommended to me by a friend. I had them come out and give me a quotation. To make a long story short I hired them to replace my front entry tiles. They came as promised, removed the old tile, releveled the sub floor before laying the new tile. Something I am sure many tile companies would not do. Anyway, they did a brilliant job. I can't praise this company enough. If you have tile work to be done, search out AFK before going anywhere else. You will NOT be sorry!

After cleaning the carpet it becomes very clear how good is the quality of it, my wife is extremely happy with the color matching with our wood flooring, day after day we like it even better. I put some pictures of it, forgive-me since I am not a professional photographer and they don't look fancy at all but it shows that even simple replacement can have high quality. Thank you!
