Our experience started off good. We worked with Lauren who seemed a bit spacey and made several weird comments about how small our kitchen is but was nice enough. Cabinets are beautiful and well constructed, although they arrived without the shelf supports for our pantry (no biggy, found them super cheap on Amazon and had them two days later).

We ordered a Parker House TV stand from Mark at the Parker Home Stars location in mid-November 2020. Due to the pandemic, it took quite a while to get the piece of furniture. We just received it this week and it is beautiful, a great piece! Mark kept in contact with us over the months, giving us updates on the status and at one point even offered to cancel the order if we wanted. We decided to keep waiting and I'm glad we did. The shipping delays certainly aren't Home Stars fault. Also, I've ordered some other pieces from a AFW recently and they also have a long delay on delivery

Beware!! Received wrong color sofas after 4 months of waiting (didn't mind the wait due to COVID). When we called, no one can do anything nor has any say unless they talk to the owner (Whenever they can get ahold of him). Although they agreed that a mistake was made and it is not the sofa we ordered, we had 3 options. 1- 18% restocking fee 2- give them the sofa and when they sell it they will refund us... no time frame was given. 3- pick something different. Not sure why we have to pay a restocking fee when we didn't do anything wrong. Ended up selecting another sofa since they refused

Do not ever buy anything from this company. Besides the fact that they're dealing with long back order times due to coronavirus, the communication has been TERRIBLE. There is no way to check on the status of your order. I had to call three times over a 9 week period. We were originally told when we made our purchase in October, that we would have a November 9 delivery. November 9 rolls around and nothing. I was the one who had to keep calling to ask if our pieces were ready to be scheduled for delivery. Then the dates kept getting pushed back. December 20. Now February 20. Then we had

The owner of this store is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever encountered. The furniture I ordered came in a different color than it showed in the catalog, yet still no wiggle room on returning it. After I mentioned my dissatisfaction on a post, he proceeded to harass me through commenting on multiple Facebook posts where I was trying to sell this furniture elsewhere! This went so far beyond poor customer service. It was harassment. He completely crossed the line.

Incredibly happy with our experience here! My husband and I stopped by after being disappointed with Furniture Row and American Furniture Warehouse, which had a good selection at great prices, but everything we liked was on order 10 weeks out. Within minutes of being here, we found a new Ashley couch that we loved and were assisted by Angie who made the purchasing process a breeze. My husband and I walked in to what seemed like the 20th furniture looking for the perfect sectional for our newly finished basement. We immediately found a gorgeous Ashley piece that we both "finally" agreed on. Other than being greeted pleasantly we were never hounded or followed around as we were in other stores. Wes and Gilbert were both there and willing to answer our questions however we were so grateful for them giving us space to make our decisions. Priced these guys for a rental house. What a joke. They were 3k+ over what I ended up spending for a small kitchen. Wasted so much time in there to have them quote the design I gave them. Sales rep. knew his price was not competitive the minute he totaled it up. There are better deals out there, spend the time to go find them.

I walked in last week and picked out a mattress and bed frame. Working quickly with Angela, I explained I would be buying more than just the mattress and bed frame. I have a rental with no furniture and i needed to fill it so I can live. We agreed I would look online as the selection was bigger there. She told me in order to hold the bed frame and mattress, she would need a $500 deposit as i needed delivery in 2 weeks and these items are sold frequently. After further correspondence and review, as it turns out there was merely a human error involved. Luckily for me that is. Mark was kind enough to invite me back to the store to investigate. And once we did we realized I was charged for a much more plush mattress, which makes sense being that I would have never chosen such a firm mattress, and the wrong name was written down. A bit of miscommunication if you will. So thanks to that they switched out my mattress for the one I had paid for and chosen. I do still stand by my original mention of better guidance in my personal

The best furniture store we have been to! Gilbert will find the best fit for you as he did for me three times now with different pieces. We just bought a king size mattress and with the help of John John and his partners we were able to load up and leave happily within 15 minutes. I recommend this store to everyone!

I selected the Home Star because of their prices and their selection. I was looking for a certain type of table that I had seen on line but could not find in any of our stores in Denver. I found similar ones but the prices exceeded what I found at the Home Store. Mark the owner was very helpful and understanding of my needs with moving from a house to apartment not to mention that his manager Jon and his assistant who delivered the table were prompt in the delivery time, they also gave me a courtesy call prior to their arrival , they were respectful and very friendly. Worst service ever. $700 to be ignored and have my bed assembled incorrectly. Not only that the screw for the slat on bed frame got stripped by the delivery guys.
I called 4 days in a row and kept being told someone would call me to come out and fix/correct the problem.
I'm a single girl with a rod in my arm. That's why I paid for the delivery and assembly service.
I also saved up for months to get this bed all to have basically and bed not assembled right.

We went here to purchase some cabinets for our basement bar. I can't rave enough about Barb asa designer! She was thoughtful and meticulous. Really disappointed with home stars. I bought a mattress from them less than a year ago, and it's already sinking in the middle significantly. I was also sold an additional cover to protect the mattress and ensure that I wouldn't void the warranty. No big deal, the company will back up their product, right? Wrong. After calling the store to see what the process was, I was informed that the company has no intention of following through with the warranty because I can't produce the paper receipt. Clearly a deceitful tactic designed to follow through with as few warranty claims as possible

We ordered semi custom kitchen and bath cabinets. Barbara was very helpful, paying careful attention to the little details and always available for all our questions. We love the cabinets! They are high quality and everything we wanted. I will say that my husband installed the cabinets himself so I cannot speak to installation by the company or any customer service afterward since we didn't have any issues.

Went in this morning when they opened, my boyfriend and I were the only ones in there and we were greeted promptly by Brad. He was extremely helpful offering prices on everything we were interested in, no gimmicks! He didn't try and upsell anything, just figured out what we were in the market for and eventually sold us on the couch we just purchased! Will update the review once we receive the couch... :)
