We have four full-time craftsmen and all work is done in-house.

Lupfer Builders was established in 1994 by Dave Lupfer. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Dave comes to the construction industry with a wealth of experience. He began his career with Seigle's Home Centers, managing site installations of Seigle products such as millwork, doors, windows, & cabinetry.
We typically require a 5% deposit on contract signing which allows us to block out time for your project. Then, we typically require a 30% payment the first week of work in the form of check, cash, or money order followed by timely progress payments as the job progresses. Yes, we can accept credit card payments via Pay Pal.
