With a traditional look accepted in most HOAs these doors feature a rugged, durable stamped steel construction for long-term quality and performance. They come standard with high quality lifting hardware built to last including ultra-quiet nylon rollers for a smooth, quiet operation year round. These doors are almost always in stock and ready to be installed sometimes even next-day.
We believe in offering solutions that last. Our goal is to do the job the right way the first time, but mistakes happen and to err is human. This is where we stand out from the crowd! We offer a very simple lifetime warranty - free of fine print. Any issue inside its first year will be addressed free of charge until you get the solution you paid for.
Important Notice: There is a substantial risk for injury when dealing with garage door springs. Please contact a trained professional. If your garage door has become disabled it is likely the spring broke. Springs are similar to tires in that they only have so many rotations before they break.
If your garage door squeaks or scrapes in the track as it moves it is likely a result of poor performing rollers. Most rollers are either plastic or if steel, they have 6 bearings which wear out, come loose and eventually break off. Steel rollers are often very loud and are often worse in the cold.
The extreme weather and fast and frequent temperature changes in Colorado is very hard on the steel hardware that operates your garage door. Parts frequently fail in the cold winter days. Small problems can disable the door when the steel contracts and gets brittle in the cold. Doors will often labor to operate, putting extra pressure on weight-bearing parts of the door.
