I had a 60 ft Norfolk pine that needed to be removed. Many companies failed to show up for a quote, and one company was three times as expensive as Anchor Tree. These guys did a great job from the start. The quotes were professional looking. They were able to provide proof of insurance. It's even on their website.

I do not recommend anyone to use this company because they are unresponsive and unprofessional. They gave me a work quote and after more than three months waiting and several cancellations, they gave me a new quote more than four times higher than the original quote.

Look no further for your tree servicing needs - they are responsive, competitively priced, and do great work. After calling a few other tree companies (with no call back), tommy took the time to go through my needs and had an estimator out to my property the next day. A+ all around!!

I've received a bill for the work that was not done. I did agree over the phone to have the work done. Despite multiple calls to the contractor, Arbor Tree Service had not even scheduled the work but billed me a month ago.
The company whose business model is to quote then bill and never do the work is worth checking out.
1) I found that they are not incorporated in the state of Florida.
2) DBPR portal did not reveal a licence.
3) Company website "https://www.anchortreeservices.com" is active but has no licence info or an address.

I hired Anchor Tree at the recommendation of a colleague of mine, I needed a service that could remove a large oak that was damaging my pipes while I was away. The process for an estimate was very quick and easy. It took 10 days after the tree was cut for the work to be finished however, and my gutter as well as my cable line were damaged in the process. It was impossible to get them on the phone and their email responses were abrupt and hardly helpful. They did eventually fix the gutter but with all the inconveniences I would have preferred to use someone more professional.

I’ve been having my trees maintained for many years with Anchor Tree Service. The services are performed professionally and on time. Fast estimates, and very clean organized work crews. Masterful tree removal even in tight spaces whereby a less experienced team could do damage. Clean, efficient and honest. I refer them without hesitation.

Without them knowing, they beat a competitor by $500. this last time, and did more for our money. Why did we even shop around! (the other was a friends referral) Knowledgeable, professional, and they do what they say they will do-period. 5 stars! Thank you!

Very poor service and very poor communication. Supposed to be here last week. When they didn't show up, I called them and was told the schedule had changed. So we agreed to Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. By 2 p.m. I called them to ask when they might be coming? Too late so they agreed to come on Thursday. They arrived Thursday afternoon and trimmed one tree and then left after about one hour. Called office again and we agreed they would arrive the following Monday. What happens? They showed up Friday morning when I wasn't around and only trimmed a few branches from a few trees. And
