An employee of this company walked into my place of business to deliver a message of "you better tell your employer to pay her bills!" THIS IS BEYOND unprofessional! To come to a place of business when the work was done in a private home, especially with the aggressive tone he use; it is threatening and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Even if a bill is overdue - call the resident, email the resident, go to the resident's home BUT NOT their place of business! If anything send them to collections! It's improper! We've NEVER received an email to our business or even a phone call here for this to be addressed

I work for this amazing company. Small, family owned they not only provide exceptional service to their customers but provide a safe, healthy atmosphere for myself and their crew. The crew are great to work with, professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. The owners care about the customers and the employees the same and treat everyone with respect, patience and care. My wife and I would like to let you know just how happy and pleased we were yesterday with Walter and the other gentleman, I’m sorry but I did not catch his name. They were both SOOOOO professional, polite and knowledgeable that it was an absolute pleasure having them on site. What they did looks tremendous and we couldn’t be more pleased! They found we have an Owl nest in one of our trees so they will have to stop back in a few weeks to finish pruning that tree.
Please thank Ian for coming out initially and for letting us know that he would not be personally on site during the pruning process

After felling a few pine trees, I ran into a tree that could not be felled without mechanical assistance. The tree was already partially cut which made things tricky. Heidi at the front desk jumped right on it and called Ian who responded immediately and was able to save the day. Extremely glad to have someone who cares about their clients and has fantastic knowledge with expert experience. Highly recommend to anyone who needs any work done!!!!!!

OMG stay away. I called this company to do some work. They did not come out to look at my tree to give an estimate. That was their choice and how they do business. Instead they asked that I send pictures. I sent five or so photos that fairly presented the size of the tree and work to be done. The customer service representative even said they were excellent photos. They gave an estimate and I accepted the estimate. The workers came out and then proceeded to give me a song and dance. They asked if I had been given an estimate and I said yes; the worker said "I think we will have to

Very professional crew from the girl in the office right up to the owner of the company. Contacted them for a quote, and had them on site within 1 week of the quote. Knowledgeable and SAFE crew with equipment that looked like it is constantly gone over with a fine tooth comb. They removed a number of dead pines in not so comfortable quarters. Trees were then mulched on site with their bad to the bone mulching head attachment for their skid steer. After Hurricane Irma, I had several fifty foot tall pines that were dead or dying from the damaged received in the storm. All of them were threatening the safety of our home. After talking with several companies, I chose Signature Tree Care because their representative, Walter, demonstrated superior knowledge over the reps from other companies and clearly explained what was necessary to remedy the situation and safeguard our home.

After reading through the services offered and the stated mission of the company, Signature Tree Care seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for - they may actually offer these services, and they may actually do a good job. I wouldn't know because, after a month of trying to work with them, they've stopped responding to my emails. Of course, I had a deadline I was trying to meet and because they strung me along

Signature Tree Care did an outstanding job in removing three large Australian Pines from our property. This was a difficult job because the trees were up against a seawall and surrounded by mature plantings. The arborist visited the site a couple times to plan the job, and the crew showed up on time as promised. The work took the better part of a day and the area was completely cleaned up (they even washed off our driveway). There was no damage at all to the plantings around the trees. In the post hurricane chaos that was Naples, FL this fall - Signature Tree Care stood above other vendors for 1) providing consumer choices on price and scope of work, 2) prompt, courteous, and professional communication, and 3) thorough, skilled completion of agreed upon work. WOW!! Got a notification that my review was false. If this company wasn't so RUDE & UNRELIABLE I probably wouldn't persue writing another review. But we flew in from NJ to meet this landscaper for a job he promised to do for us. We spent money on plane tkts & my husband took off from work. We even called the morning of the job & they PROMISED they would be there at a certain time. Well, 2 hrs passed the time they were supposed to arrive we called & they gave us a ridiculous story that the trees were coming from MIAMI & they couldn't get them!! SO WHY DID YOU CONFIRM

I was very happy with this company. They are a very competent team and handled my project in a responsible manner. They were pleasant to deal with. Their work was backed up with Ian's professionalism in assessing problems and finding solutions. The crew was very neat and cleaned up all debris from the property before leaving the job.
