Justin started plumbing in the mid-nineties as an apprentice in Boston. He then moved to Oregon where he continued to gain experience in large commercial projects, including restaurants, hotels, and grocery chains.
When he moved back to Vermont, he joined a commercial plumbing outfit to gain some local experience before venturing out on his own. His father-in-law, Bob has 40+ years experience in New England's construction world. Together, they are the foundation of Merrill Mechanical.
