Bill Heffernan, Jim Whitcomb and David Whitcomb started Champlain Valley Plumbing & Heating in Bill's home in 2002. The warehouse was in David's basement. My AC died last week - and I forgot to call them until about 5:15 on Friday. Early Monday morning Dave, their air conditioning guy, called - he could come by late afternoon to check out the problem and see if it was a quick fix. He did, and it wasn't. He came back TODAY - remember, this is the SECOND BUSINESS DAY after I called in the problem, and we're in the middle of a 90+ degree heat wave in VERMONT. I'd been expecting to not even see anyone for a week, since I'm sure they're swamped with service calls!

Have worked with Champlain Valley Plumbing and Heating for many years for furnace, heat pump and plumbing repairs and have always done a good job....and I can be a difficult customer, asking a ton of questions!
