I had one of their plumbers fix a boiler that was leaking. Less than a year actually pretty much straight off the system was leaking again. I called to let them know. The owner came on the phone and immediately said this won't be free to fix you know. I hadn't even asked him about price but yeah their work was leaking again. One of their plumbers came out and said that some of the unions were leaking which was a part the boiler supplied not them. I decided to give the system a good look over. I noticed that the leaking was actually above the unions not at the unions. I called back and the owner

I understand being extremely busy and out straight, however...when a customer (who has used your services multiple times over the years) calls for an ESTIMATE on replacing a furnace system, and the response is that unless I am hiring them for the job they dont want to "waste their time on an estimate" it was an eye opener. Yes it was a couple weeks before Christmas but really? I didn't think I was wasting their time asking for an estimate on something like a new furnace system. POOR customer service and I was offended quite honestly. 😕 PS this response was by the OWNER. His son took the message

This is a terrific company. From the cheerful greeting to working with me to find a time quickly to the on-time and excellent installations, I found everyone to be customer-centric and easy to work with. We had a new sink/faucet/garbage disposal installed. They did it quickly and professionally and very neatly.

We've used Falcon a few times and the one time we didn't we regret it. The plumbing in our house is challenging and the Falcon team has never been phased. We just had them come do a check of all of our plumbing after another company botched a boiler install and they found problems with the work that we didn't know about that could have cost us thousands if things went wrong. They even were able to do a quick fix on a toilet while they were here.

They swapped a part on my water heater that did not solve my issue. They charged me $419 for this igniter swap. Zero diagnosis from the first tech. Second tech came out and said I probably need a new water heater. Due to a POSSIBLE bad gas-valve. That's like paying a mechanic to swap an alternator but then saying, "you probably need a new car". I asked to get some of this $419 back if I went with a new tank install with them, but they refused to help me at all on the price. Daylight Robbery with no desire to truly help the homeowner. I will NEVER recommend Falcon Plumbing Heating & Solar. I am
