AWFUL! They charge you for services that they don't render. If you call and complain they send someone out to not do anything and just check off that they did something. I had them for 3 months, full service paying $115 a month. I had water bugs, mosquitoes and everything the entire time was paying them with no improvement. I had to call three times before a technician came out and she verified that none of the order slips left had actually been done because there were ZERO stations left in the attic, yard, or crawl space like had been indicated and I PAID FOR. Then refused to take payment

Reference the double posted bad review of this company looks like trolling . Giving the company a bad review that you do not use is not funny. The guy made a mistake and it happens. Just saying. If you used them regularly you might have a different opinion, we do use them and they are very professional, call to set up appointment, close the gates, retreat if necessary between treatments. I would highly recommend this company and continue to use them today. Our technician is great and we have not seen a pest since they started serving our house last year. Reasonable pricing, great service

When we were renters the home owners used Horne's and we never saw a bug/ant/spider, so naturally when we became home owners ourselves we went with them. The technicians are always prompt, professional and friendly. I appreciate the care they put into the techniques they use as I have two small children and a small dog. Their pricing is fair, especially for the amount of work they do.
