Shawn was amazing! We've used another pest service for 7+ years and never had anyone take the time to listen to our concerns or to even seem to take their time treating. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and took his time to not only talk to us but also to answer any questions and to treat the house. Highly recommend based on our first experience!

Our technician Shawn is not only great at his job, he is very easy to talk to while he is completing services. He is always communicating with us letting us know when he will be coming by and what services are scheduled. I couldn’t be more thankful for Back Bay. Mike, Eric, Christian, Donovan and his team were very thorough and took pride in their work. Got my house sealed and new insulation work done in attic due to some rodents that had gotten in. Explained the process throughout and very timely and professional. Back Bay exceeded my expectations. Definitely will recommend to everyone!

Really glad we used Back Bay Pest. When we found out there were rats in the attic, I had a meltdown, but they got us worked into the schedule fast and did a great job from start to finish. Mike was great with explaining the entire process and answering all of my questions. Donovan was also very helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest services.

I hate bugs...but I love Back Bay Pest and Mosquito! From the office to the actual treatment appointment, everyone is professional and super helpful. I mainly receive my treatments from Kyle and he is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and always advises me what he is doing and why. He is always on time and thorough when treating my home. If I’m not home, he calls and lets me know exactly what he’ll be treating that day. I used the mosquito treatment all summer and it was highly effective-we were able to enjoy the outdoors. I also receive quarterly treatments for those pesky tree roaches

Hands Down the BEST pest control service. Their customer service is just great! Our pest inspector Dreven is amazing! He's always professional, and punctual just does an all around great job. You can really tell he enjoys his job with how he carries himself and the company name. The front desk was great at getting me set up with auto billing.
