Reckless, sloppy and poor management!!!
We chose Craft Kitchen and Bath to renovate our kitchen in May 2021.
The work their subcontractor did was reckless, sloppy and poorly managed.
I would never hire them again.
The attached pictures highlight some of the poor quality workmanship and sloppiness.
The subcontractor who did most of the work consisted of two guys nicknamed “Alex” and “Dash”. (Alex told us the two of them were from Mongolia and their real names were very hard to pronounce.) Dash couldn’t speak English and Alex pretended to not understand English sometimes when questioned

We want to sincerely thank Craft Kitchen and Bath in Chantilly, VA for an amazing kitchen remodel/transformation. Our home is about 35 years old and had the smallest kitchen and a dining room/living room that we never used. We have wanted to do a remodel for many years but kept putting it off. Finally, during the pandemic, we realized that now that we are home most days the time had come. I had a fabulous experience with Craft Kitchen & Bath when I had two bathrooms remodeled in August 2021. An estimate was provided within 24 hours, the salesman was communicative and responsive, and the designers were knowledgeable and very helpful. The work crew showed up as scheduled and put in full days, and their supervisor stopped by the job site on a regular basis and answered my questions. I will definitely use Craft again for my next home project!

Kate Aksoy was our excellent project manager. She visited the project site regularly and made sure everything was done as discussed. The work crew consisted of Kevin and Alex. They did a great job and they moved quickly and quietly and the job was completed on time. The quality was excellent and we were very pleased with the work. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything and took the job debris away with them.

Craft did a complete remodel of a kitchen. Craft did a continuation of the existing floor and they installed new tile.
They installed cabinets and countertops and they did the plumbing and the plumbing .
They did an excellent job. They put in insulation as well. They worked with the permits and they did the design as well.
It was finished in 2 weeks 1 day.
Craft was great during the whole process. They were very responsive during the whole process and also let me know if the workers were running a little late due to traffic. The kitchen is beautiful, the quality is great and I even have a little

We are very pleased with Craft Kitchen & Bath to remodel of two bathrooms in our home. Words can't describe how our bathrooms were transformed. Our bathrooms are now very stylish and include all the design elements we were hoping for, such as a linear drain and a flat shower entry. Kate, Crafts's designer, communicated with us throughout the project and the remodeling was completed on schedule. After visiting the showroom, I checked out the reviews on this page. Major red flag when I saw a review written by Frank Aksoy 9 months ago. Frank works for Craft and this isn't the first review he has written about Craft Kitchen and Bath where he represents himself as a customer. Why would a company need to write their own positive reviews??? I guess we all know the answer to that.

Overall, our kitchen remodel was a disappointing experience, with the end result being OK. The quality of the initial install was poor and most of the cabinets were damaged by the contractor during installation. Fortunately, most of the damage is out of plain sight, so the kitchen still looks good to anyone who looks around, but I personally expect a bit more care to be taken. They did use a touch up pen and stick to make most of the damage less obvious.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Craft and had the best experience. From day one, Craft was a huge part of our kitchen remodel. They came to our home, worked closely with their contractor, and visited several times throughout the process. When deciding on cabinet style, we found our representative to be knowledgable, helpful, and amazingly in tune to our project. When choosing our cabinet color, they came right to our house with samples, saving us the trip out with our three kids. Everything was managed so well, it truly helped make the entire process less stressful for us!
