Services
Like many American businesses, City Builders Construction began as a result of finding a need and filling it. We first opened our doors under the name Chris & Gus Lawn Care in 1993. Over the years, we undertook many landscaping projects such as tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding, eventually expanding into painting, roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
Living in Minnesota means dealing with weather extremes of snowy winters, hail from the size of peas to softballs, straight line winds, shingle curling summer heat/humidity, and the stark reality of an occasional tornado. Through it all, the roof of your home takes quite a pounding. Eventually there comes a point when our weather does too much damage to ignore.

Our experience with City Builders was a good one. They worked with the insurance company and got us a fair quote and reimbursement .The crews worked hard with some long hours, to finish the job and clean-up.
Communication was a vital part of the service and Chris was very accessible. Others in our neighborhood sought them out for help also.
