Services
We are committed to understanding the visions of the architects and owners and to encouraging an open dialogue. That's the only way to know, when the job's done, it's been done right. At Robertson we exceed expectations by fostering a spirit of collaboration among the designers, architects, owners and contractors involved in each and every project.
Our strong reputation is built on a history of quality work, exceptional client service, a passion for construction and a job well-done. Robertson Construction was founded on a tradition of high standards, integrity and a commitment to hard work. Recognizing that people are our primary asset, we provide our staff with a challenging, secure and safe environment to achieve their personal and career goals.
We recognize our integral role in helping our clients adopt green building standards and in collaborating with the architects to attain LEED certification on our projects. Green building techniques help produce efficient, user-friendly facilities that have significantly less impact on our natural resources.
We take safety seriously. Safety training, measurable safety goals and stringent monitoring are part of every Robertson project. Our commitment to incident-free jobs starts with training. We require 10-hour OSHA training for our field employees and 30-hour OSHA training for our supervisors. In addition, we provide skill specific training for forklifts and aerial lifts, first aid, CPR and crisis management.

Do not I repeat DO NOT work here unless you’re going to be a dump truck driver, heavy equipment operator or small job carpenter. I worked in the shop and Steve heist “the shop manager” is the most unprofessional boss I’ve ever worked for. Everyone drags their feet till last minute to get anything done. There is 0 organization at this company, if you work here expect nothing to go as planned especially with Steve heist.

This place is a joke. No SOP's. Fly by the seat of their pants. Luck alone is why no one has died working for this outfit. Second only to MPW for the complete disregard of employee safety, effectiveness, & productivity. For some reason, in 17 years, Christian Robertson has failed to learn basic business principles like: Lease, never own heavy equipment. Why take the govt's depreciation when you can deduct the full operation & maintenance costs? Labor is 80-90 cents on every dollar so why not incorporate as much "labor saving" that is technologically and cost effective. I could go on and on. Stay
