The Warner family has lived in Central Ohio serving the community since 1877. Tim grew up on a family dairy farm located in Granville, Ohio, but in 1993 the family sold the dairy cows, concluding that operation. The Warner family still has the farm now operating one of the oldest family owned maple syrup companies in Ohio.

Tim Warner and Univera Construction responded within hours of the damage that Hurricane Laura caused to our church (North Orange Baptist Church in Orange, Texas in 2020). We had substantial roof damage and rain damage/water in the building from wind blown rain. We reached out to Tim and Univera based on the testimony of how well they helped a church in our area that flooded after Hurricane Harvey. I can not say enough good things about this amazing man and company! Tim walked us through every part of the restoration process (remediation of the water damage immediately following the hurricane) and

My wife and I both highly recommend! We were in quite a pinch and needed a project completed in a very short time window. Tim and his crew were fantastic listening to what we needed and willing to help us out the next day. This was huge! They saved us quite a bit of time and money! Mr Tim Warner and his crew helped my family through a major flood not once but twice! He not only did a great job doing demo, cleanup, dryout and mold treatment he was there to answer a host of questions for this overwhelming event. Sadly I was flooded twice in two years however, I didn't think twice about contacting Mr. Tim to come and help me again. I would highly recommend him and his crew. When an unforeseen emergency devastates your well-being, and you're lucky enough like we were to find a restoration expert such as Tim & his crew, it makes life easy. Tim brought his expertise, equipment, plus his vast knowledge of the insurance industry, after a flash flood on a Wednesday evening inundated our social Club in June. Tim had us up and running within two and a half days so we could meet our contractual agreements for two graduation parties held over the weekend. Very professional company. We have a large local government/organization and Mr. Tim and his company were able to accommodate our needs. We had a recent busted pipe in our dorm. We call Univera's office, Kaytlin answered the phone and was very professional and polite. She understood our urgency with getting someone out very quick. Rickey and his crew arrived accessed the damage and started immediately. They handled everything very quick from start to finish. I would recommend Univera Construction to anyone.
