I am delighted to provide a testimonial for Jeff Waters. When our original contractor for a major remodel proved to be a fraud (always check references - we relied on BBB and court searches - not enough), Jeff and his crew took over and "saved" our remodel. There were many problems that Jeff pointed out and always gave us the option of how to proceed and the consequences of any such decision.

First I must start with Jeff Waters himself. Honest, hard working, patience and a good communicator.
I sent him a letter after their work was done and this is what I wrote:

A friend gave me Jeff Waters name and phone number. This was the easiest construction I have ever done . We needed a new roof over our deck and told Jeff what we would like including a ceiling fan and cam lights . Jeff and his team started within a few days ( between the rain drops ) . We now have a beautiful extra room outside . I would recommend Jeff Waters Construction for your next project .

We used Jeff Waters Construction to replace/relocate an existing 7 foot sliding glass door with an 8 foot sliding glass door. The project involved tearing out the old door, shifting and widening the doorway, installing a header, relocating electric, drywall, and re-installing/reconfiguring the siding once the door was in. Jeff was very responsive and is a good communicator and if he said he was going to do something he did it. He and his crew were friendly, professional, and respectful of our property and kept things quite clean as they worked in the area. Most importantly the door looks amazing

Jeff Waters put a basement bathroom in for us - and it was a difficult place to put one in! He and his team pulled it off beautifully and it looks like it was always there. We are so happy with the results. They also were great at communicating - always texting when they were going to be here and keeping us up to date on what they were going to do. We would recommend Jeff to anyone.

We have used Jeff Waters Construction to complete various projects around our older home. They have done everything from tearing off exterior siding (due to water damage and carpenter ants), replaced all the rotten wood, replaced a large leaking semi-circle custom window, and painted interior rooms. They are currently updating our exterior look with pops of color and will be replacing our skylights soon as well. They have always done excellent work and are meticulous with details.
