Richard was fast, responsive and had a crew finish the entire fence to our specifications in less than 1.5 days including the breakdown. Our tenants and the neighbors are happy with a new, nice looking fence. Thanks. Will definitely use Colonial fence again for other properties.

As a business owner myself, integrity, ownership, and customer service are of my top core values. After working with Colonial Fence Co. I can confidently say that these 3 things are on the bottom of their list.
When I read their website and they mention that they put their family name and reputation on the line with their work, I’m embarrassed for them that they would consider their work worthy of their families reputation.
A 3 year old fence to a brand new home SHOULD NOT BLOW OVER if it is properly installed. Our entire streets row of fences are either blown down at this point or look terrible

If it were an option, I would confidently give this company NEGATIVE stars.
They do awful work, have terrible customer service and the saddest thing is they stand behind this level of product and level of care.
My neighbors and I’s ENTIRE back fence blew over last year after only 3 years of having been built. The reason was because there was an irrelevant amount of concrete in the posts (confirmed by Colina Homes head builder) that led to water-logged and rotten 4x4s. This was a ticking time bomb ready to happen. They admitted their wrong-doing through action and ended up coming out to fix

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
After 3 years all sides on our fence have fallen down. Previously (before we lived here) the company came and fixed the back fence but this year when both side fences came down they refused to fix it. Obviously this company doesn’t know how to properly install fences OR stand behind their product.

I have used them several times and my father-in-law has used them on multiple investment properties. In total have probably used six or so times and I'm about to get a quote for iron fencing - I expect them to come in lowest again. Their work is quality, they complete quickly, and they are usually the least expensive.
