My parents had been needing a fence upgrade for a while now, and my mom contacted 3rd Coast Developers. They were very nice, helpful and quick! From start to finish it took 2 days to do our driveway and fence. We really do have the nicest house on the block now! I don't think anyone else would have done a better job!

The fencing we ordered was not going to be ready early enough for our new pool, and John from 3rd Coast worked magic to get us a replacement that would meet our schedule. It’s been over a year since the installation and it is still just as lovely as Day 1. The installers did an awesome job, and the customer service was very attentive!

Great service, high quality materials, awesome workmanship. We received a quote within hours of the walk thru with several options as we were not sure what we wanted at first. The sales guy John was super helpful with ideas and ways to save. We decided to hire them that evening and they were on the job site very next day! Very happy with the fence and would highly recommend.

I am editing my initial review of 1 Star as promised to the owner of 3rd Coast Developers. It did take from May 10th to June 28, 2018 to finally get working pedestrian gates for an HOA community, but at least Johnny made it right. It did take three scathing reviews from homeowners to make us a priority, at least 3rd Coast came through. As a Board Member of an HOA, I cannot say I would ever hire this company again. It was exhausting and took endless negotiations. I’m sure this company does good residential work, yet, they didn’t really know how to handle a commercial project. Im grateful this
