My experience with Audi Richmond was outstanding! Ken (salesman) was nothing but helpful and informative! Ken made my vehicle trade in nothing but simple. He was straight to the point, super genuine and was the complete opposite of persuasive! Throughout the entirety of the process Ken made sure to go out of his reach to see if I had any questions on the S4 I was looking into purchasing! Diego (sales) and Brad (service) are the best! I was in town for work when my A4 needed repairs. I could not make it to the dealership during service hours and stopped by hoping to be able to drop off my car. I was greeted by Diego, who kindly assisted me with dropping off my car and even drove me back to my hotel. (If I had to buy a new car, I would buy from Diego in a heartbeat! Highly recommend Audi Richmond’s Darianne! She was prompt and professional and was such a joy to work with. She helped answer questions before during and even today is helping provide the amazing service this company is known for. If you or your family go to anyone else you would be You are doing a disservice to yourself or them.
Side note: an great friend and manager there (David Everett) referred Darianne to my wife and me and he couldn't of picked a better person!

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing!

What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car!

I ended up using the Fredericksburg location to buy my car because this location didn't want to reduce their price, although they had the "sales manager" call me wanting to know what they had to do to earn my business. Match the price I wanted that Fredericksburg was willing to do. They said they would lose money. Ok, your loss and I drove to Fredericksburg and got the deal.

More recently, I tried to use their web-site to make a service appointment. Keeps giving me an error message that is on their end. Email their company to advise. No response.

Since my initial interaction with the folks at Audi Richmond for years ago, I've never wanted to deal with anybody else. Every interaction bit in sales,technology, finance, or service have been professional and exceeded my expectations. I first reached out to Audi Richmond in February when I was preparing to move from Kansas City to Richmond. My wife and I were going to be driving her SQ5 and shipping my RS3. The problem being, we didn't know anyone in Richmond that we could ship the RS3 to if it beat us to Richmond. The GM at Audi Richmond saved the day, and had absolutely no issue with having his team receive the car, inspect it for damage from shipping, and holding it until we arrived. I hadn't given them a penny!

I had hoped to give them more sales/service business as a token of appreciation, but COVID really dropped

We just moved to Richmond and were thrilled to have a dealer close by. When I called to get an oil change and to have my tire pressure light checked, the service person spent all kinds of time checking to make sure they had four new tires before he set up an appointment (I called about the tire pressure light...). When I asked if I could wait, he said yes, but it would be faster if I didn't get the complimentary cleaning because that takes an hour and a half. Hmm. None of that felt good, but we made the appointment.

Absolute thieves. Got my car top to bottom inspected by them 6 months ago, no major issues. Car dies 2 weeks ago. Take it to two mechanics who say it may be the battery, or the starter. Take it to Audi. They charge me $600 for a 'diagnostic' and replace the battery. Annoyed, but okay. Could've done it on my own for about $300. Get the car back. Bring it to the store, when I leave it doesn't turn on. Call Audi. Service rep has the audacity to get an attitude with me. Email his manager, offers to tow the car for free. Do that, charge me for another diagnostic and this time it

I have a 2018 A4 that is constantly having problems. It's in the shop every other month, on average. The service department is terrible to deal with! I've had to bring the car back multiple times before they can correctly fix several issues and most issues they do not even attempt to fix. I tell them about the problems the car is having and they blame it on external factors, like the tires, the weather, brand of gas I used last, etc. These things should have nothing to do with the car's functionality. They always claim they cannot reproduce the problem and do absolutely nothing

My friend and I stopped in to look at vehicles. After a quick look at what was on the lot, I determined which one I was most interested in, and we went inside to take a closer look. My father and I are really into sports cars and luxury vehicles. So with that said, we've been to many dealerships over the years. Porsche and Maserati being at the top. However, when you have a completely new dealership built from the ground up, that puts you in a position to provide customers with a state of the art building. And Audi really maximized on that. I came in looking for my dream car. Unfortunately it was not in the manual transmission I was looking for. The sales rep and finance manager treated me with respect and allowed me to drive the same model, in a different color that I expressed I was not interested in. After a 20 minute test drive I was sold that this car was all I hoped it to be. Now it's just a search for the right color combination.
I have been not taken seriously at dealerships in the past and it's a huge turn off to be pre judged. When someone trusts your intent on driving a 70k used car, that speaks volumes

This review is for their service department. I did not buy my Audi from them but I moved to Virginia in the middle of my lease and ended up taking it here for all issues.

Brad in the service department, greets me by name every time I arrive. I'm in and out the door within minutes and presented with a comparable loaner vehicle.

My lease is up on my A6 in a few months and I wanted to buy a cheaper used car, but one of the major hesitations I'm having is that I enjoy the service so much here, I really don't want to give up my Audi now.

Not impressed, my sales person wasn't able to help me much, and once I mentioned checking out their used car selection that wasn't an Audi I received snide comments from my sales person.
