Awesome all around service. Long story. I had carbon monoxide coming from my hvac unit. Dominion Energy came out to assess the smell and recommended getting my unit checked. I called Choice Home Warranty and they sent a company from Moncks Corner. The two young men checked the unit and called in their findings to CHW. They denied my claim because they don't cover rust and corrosion. Home Warranties are useless. A contractor told me to call Mr Pope. At this point I had 4 other hvac companies coming to give me quotes. I immediately called Mr Pope and he was knocking on my door 30 minutes later. He

JS Pope just installed a new York split system in our home and I can't say enough good things about them. Every one of them worked hard, had great customer interaction skills and attitude, knew their products and were conscientious. In a word... integrity. They cleaned up everything afterwards and even helped take away some trash items for me that had nothing to do with their installation. The price was good and we also signed up for their service contract on all 3 of our systems.
I highly recommend Mr. Pope and his crew. They will take good care of you like they did for us.

I was having air conditioning problems during the hottest week of the summer and called js pope. jerry pope came to my house very quickly. he had to work in the hot attic space for a long time and never complained. he went over everything he was fixing to me and explained everything thoroughly. his charges were very reasonable for the amount of time he was here and what he had to fix. he didn't leave my house until it started cooling off. he was very honest and i would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
