I am thrilled to share the incredible turnaround of our 20 year old Magnolia tree following the treatment it had from Jorge and the TreeNewal team! The pictures tell the story.

This is company is awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jorge, David, Benjamin and Zach. I had a split in one of my trees; they repaired the tree and finished the tree trimming which another company should have completed just 2 months prior to the split. We originally called TreeNewal to get an arborist to look at a tree that we feared was dying in our back yard. It was a major part of our shade for the deck and we were wanting someone that knew what they were doing to look at it and help us to preserve it. David was very professional and said he would send someone out right away. Within a day Megan came out to take a look at the tree and told us that it was in fact dying and could not be to saved no matter what we did. She was very knowledgeable about what had happened. Certified Arborist Meaggan Reid has completed several projects on our property making sure we understood the best for our trees and taking care to complete this to our satisfaction. TreeNewal's professional team of tree trimming and pruning specialists completed a healthy trim on the crapes and completed the big task of removing a twenty year old huge Mulberry tree. They worked as a team making this seem so easy! Taking care of the buildings and other trees nearby in the process. Cleaning up the yard completely.

Jorge checked out our distressed tree and provided a reasonable & workable solution. He was very professional and took extra time to offer tips on caring for all my trees. A written estimate was sent prior to any work being done & when he arrived to perform the agreed upon service, he actually did extra for no additional charge! Owner came out, same day and was very helpful. We came to an agreement on services but when it came to the actual day of services, this is where we encountered a problem. We had no idea anyone ever came out for a service. There was no phone call beforehand, no appointment made, no knock on our door or anything left notifying us of their services. Next thing we know, we have a e-bill but no real knowledge that anyone had ever even come out except for the date on the e-bill, which is inexcusable. When questioned, they were very rude on the phone and unapologetic on the fact that we had no idea anyone
