Arborist USA did a phenomenal job for us. We wanted our tree canopy lowered to increase our lake view. They exceeded our expectations with their work. They were like artists shaping trees and doing major cleanup/shape up. Everything had to be taken out by hand since we are up on a bluff. They worked their tails off. We were so pleased with the outcome that we hired them to come back and shape up the trees in our front yard too. Very professional and dependable. Great service!

I had Nellie Stevens Holly trees planted in my backyard. Three of the six were dying for no apparent reason. The landscaper said I wasn't watering them but that was not accurate. I contacted this company. Henry came out quickly and diagnosed the disease. He explained everything about the fungus which I was able to relay to the landscape company. I was so pleased, I had Arborist USA come back and trim the live oak trees in my front yard. Great work all around! Professional and good communication.

Hard working and honest team. Had 6 trees removed and 1 trimmed. They gave me a quote on a Monday and came out the next day. They were out all day and left my yard almost spotless from the trees. They were knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with the work before they left. Will do business again.

We recently had some issues with the leaves falling off our pecan trees and asked for an arborist to come out and look. We called Arborist USA which is where we met Henry. He came out very quickly and gave us a free estimate. Henry easily identified the solution to our problem and offered to trim our trees as well. We agreed on to pricing and timing and his guys came out and got started.

At the time of bidding, careful notes and a detailed video were taken to be sure that everything we talked about was captured and relayed to the team.
At the time of service, I was not required to offer any instructions; it had all been carefully documented in advance. Once service was complete, I was offered an opportunity to ask for further changes or approve the work.

Great service. From calling in to get an appointment to having the owner Henry out here. It was super. Had 4 trees needing removal they gave me a great price. Had a wonderful experience with the owner Henry. Very intelligent, informative nice gentlemen. The crew came out and did all the work and was very pleased. They cleaned up good. We found him to be honorable, and a person of integrity. He saved us lots of revenue by recommending certain steps that the other Arborist did not.
Overall savings calculated to $4800.
Intern he helped us save 16 mature Live Oak’s on our 50 acre property.
These are Live Oak’s that my grandfather, father, myself and my children have played on!

Arborist USA turned our shabby overgrown trees into a backyard oasis and did so at a VERY reasonable price! The owner and his crew are professional, prompt and friendly.
The crew showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. The Arborist is very organized and a great communicator. They completed the job in one day which was amazing considering the amount of trees and how big the trees are.

I used this service fall of 2018. To say they did an amazing job is an understatement. They all were amazing. I ended up being told about them from my neighbor that lives behind me. So we both decided to have our yards done at the same time. Also, a neighbor on the other side of her joined in. Arborist USA/Henry had two teams of workers for the three yards. They were here almost all day but that was a great thing because it meant they took their time treating the trees and trimming them too. My husband and I contacted Henry in early May 2019 after our mature post oak did not bloom this spring (all 5 others had). We were give his name by a neighbor who had started using him. This was prior to pool construction that was going to begin in our back yard. We delayed construction to see if the tree would bloom, and after a few weeks, once the other 5 mature post oaks bloomed, it was obvious our tree was dead. We called Henry and he confirmed it. Henry met with myself and my husband and said the tree needed to be removed, it was imperative that the other 5 trees needed the dead wood removed

About a month after I moved into my home in Keller, one of the branches on a tree in the front started dying and turning yellow. I was worried the whole tree was dying and I know nothing about this having mainly lived in apartments. We called the Tree Dr. at 5:30 on Tuesday afternoon. The next day at 9:30, Mr. Henry was knocking on my door right on time. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to save our trees.
