I hired them to do structural design. After more than a year and 3 city reviews, there are still lots of issues needed to be addressed. The design is a 2-story 3000 sqft residential building on a flat land. It is similar to new houses in the neighborhood. City reviewer told me that he never saw these many issues in one residential design in his career. They don't have the ability to do structural design.
