Delivery time can be found in product description or during checkout. Delivery is curbside, furniture is delivered on a pallet or a wooden crate & they will contact you by phone call to setup a date & time for delivery. Currently tables & benches are the only products requiring assembly, our products with wooden legs work with a nut and bolt system, simply pair the labeled legs with the labeled table corner assembly piece (A, B, C, D).
Bernard Charles Ecclestone is a British business magnate & former CEO of the Formula One Group. Mr. Ecclestone's special request was for us to design & create a Bali/Ibiza beach vibe in his house.
This project consisted of a build of a custom 4 car parking garage, 4 teak trunks with a roof serving as shade at the beginning of the pool, a bar with a built in roof, bottle holders and serving area, 4 of our large 13.1 x 6.6ft gazebos across one side of his magnificent swimming pool, across the other side 7 hand made sun beds including coffee tables, and last but most impressive of all, a custom built house seating up to 40 people.

This is a warning "do not buy" from this company. The communication and quality is poor. If it sounds too good to be true it is. My wife and I purchased a Live Edge with iron legs. Now we were aware of the delay in getting it due to Covid and we were understandable but the communication response was poor. It took 4 months to get. Then we got the table and the iron legs were not the same. I am not evening talking about the same in the picture that was advertised as that stated that they could vary, I am talking we got two benches for our table and the legs sent were not the same on both

My wife ordered a table last year in May, and was continually promised month after month that the table was coming soon. It is now January and there is no table and multiple refund requests have been submitted to Luca. Luca has quit sending seemingly pre-scripted estimated delivery timeline emails and emails stating that cancelation and refund requests are accepted if the product has not been delivered and is no longer wanted. After waiting since April 2021. Knowing when I was ordering it and having an estimated shipping time of August 2021. Then got delayed till November. Wasn't an issue for me. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. Pre-ordered a table and bench in June. I was told we would receive it in August or September. This was pushed back to October, then November, then December. Now Luka refuses to respond to any emails (I have sent about a dozen emails), his phone goes straight to voicemail (I have called dozens of times) and his voicemail box is full (also sent multiple text notifications). We placed our table order #2054 on 7/9/21 - we reached out multiple times in SEPT & OCT asking for an update on when we would receive our order and received no response. Eventually, later in OCT after a generic email to all customers that had not received their order, LUCA emailed saying we had ~50 orders before us and to expect the table in 3-4 weeks.
IN NOV we emailed again asking for an update as 3-4 weeks had passed, and we have STILL not heard back from LUCA in over a month.

I ordered my table in August still have yet to receive it. I am constantly trying to get ahold of Luca. After dozens of attempts he replied back the week before Thanksgiving saying that I would have my table by Thanksgiving. Here we are almost a month later with no table and no response as to the status of the order. I have messaged about cancelling and receiving a refund but still have not heard back. I have given an ample amount of attempts for them to return my calls before writing this review. I am trying to dispute my charges in an attempt to get my money back.

Updating my review - after waiting months for our table and finally receiving it, it was cracked. Luca said cracks are normal, to fill with saw dust and wood glue. I, reluctantly, did so and though it wasn’t the best on the eyes I could manage. However the cracks have continued and there is now a ~1/3 inch crack, through and through. It’s not only an eye sore, but a hazard as there are sharp splinters and it’s unsanitary. We have reached out with no response besides for repeated, cracks are normal.

We ordered an expensive dining room table. The shipment date was months late with little explanation. Please understand I don't hold that against them. Times are tough and supply chains are not functioning properly. This was an understandable delay. The problem is that the table arrived damaged. I originally ordered a 63in boat table and bench from Teak Bros in July 2021. It’s now October 2021 and still (patiently) awaiting to receive my table due to the Covid-19 impact. I love my Teak Bros boat table and bench! The furniture is beautiful, very well-made, and sturdy. The team is very easy to work with, they were communicative about delays due to supply chain disruptions and responded quickly when I had assembly questions (it was easy to put together).

After waiting 5 months for our table (94" Apollo Live Edge) we received it and the table top was warped. It was soo warped that one of the legs was almost 2" off the ground. I have no idea how they didn't catch this in their shop.... they must have never installed the legs onto it. They were very kind and apologetic about it and said they would replace it for us as soon as they got a new one in stock. I have purchased two 71" inch live edge tables over a month back, one for myself and one as a gift for my friend. Even though there and some natural cracks and scratches, The quality and look of the table is very high end. The customer service from teak bros is very amazing too. Absolutely terrible. I received a table I spent a great deal of money on and 200 dollars just to have it shipped. The item came completely scraped and a gouge removed from the wood. The company is stating this is considered "light sanding" and is refusing to fix the item for free or send me something new. Basically I have the option to either keep a damaged table I spent a lot of money on or return it and only get a partial refund. Are you kidding me? This is the worst customer service I have ever been through. I would recommend to never order through this company and go anywhere else
