We hired Scenic Builders to remodel our cabin in Big Lake. It was a big job but Corey and Brent were more then up to the task. Not only were they able to make all of the improvements we had in mind, they also provided us with a number of great ideas that we were able to incorporate into our overall plan. Corey and Brent were able to do it all! Earthwork, heavy machine operation, welding, concrete work, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, you name it. Communication with these guys is exceptional as well. Corey and his contracting team have done an incredible job remodeling and adding on to our remote family cabin. He was able to lift our cabin and build an entire garage underneath it complete with a concrete floor. In addition, he has re-roofed the cabin, built a multi-level arctic entry, a massive front deck, a concrete retaining wall, and has excavated and graded the surrounding area. After the cabin was lifted, he added exterior insulation and resided the entire cabin in a combination of sheet metal, vinyl, and stone accents. Corey has done a fantast job for my wife and I on our remote island cabin project. Always on time and within budget. He arrived early and never missed a day throughout the project. He was always very accommodating to my changing my mind or direction on the project and had plenty of good ideas to help out with the design challenges of remodeling a 40 plus year old cabin.
